We spent a long weekend there at the beginning of October with our dog and children. Great location in the middle of the forest by a small lake. Very friendly welcome, ideal for hikes, even with your four-legged friend. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Price and performance very good.

Very nice campsite in the middle of the forest. Ideally located for hikers and cyclists. The staff is very nice and helpful. Sanitary facility is very clean.The food in the small restaurant is really good and inexpensive. We had a really nice and relaxing stay.

A very nice, especially quiet place.We booked a place right by the lake, which was absolutely perfect.The only thing that should be mentioned is the connection to the surrounding area by bike - the paths are sometimes very adventurous and not easy to navigate. Otherwise ideal for those looking for peace and quiet.

Very nicely located campsite with bread service and a small lake. The cities of Wittenberg and Dessau are not far away for excursions, shopping opportunities are available in Coswig, and there is a small restaurant right on the square run by the very friendly operators of the square. Highly recommended as a starting point for exploring the area.

Without big words it's no longer an insider tip :-). It's great, more than great, so I've been there several times. A super nice forest camping site with a lake and a very nice couple who run it, who are open, warm, direct and always have an open ear. Rental accommodation is available, clean, fully equipped and functional. The restaurant is great, there is a small kiosk in the reception where there is always a cold beer and fresh bread rolls can be ordered in advance. The long-term campers are also very nice, which you don't have everywhere! I've been to many places, whether on a motorcycle, with family or with friends to celebrate, but this place has become one of my favorite places... Thank you Y and T and the team for the great days and see you soon!!!

Very nice and quiet campsite, beautiful spacious pitches in the sun and in the shade, very nice and neat sanitary facilities, a small lake and a sandy beach, friendly staff, great.

A really nice campsite in the middle of the forest and with a lake where you can also swim. We received a nice welcome, the showers and toilets are simple but functional and were always nice and clean. It's really a nice week

The campsite is beautifully located in the middle of the forest. The welcome was warm and check-in was easy. There are many different places that are suitable for different types of camping (tent, motorhome, camper, etc.).The shower system with a transponder isn't great and the showers are very narrow.

We simply enjoyed our stay at Waldcamping Olympiasee! The reception was extremely friendly and the couple who run it are just super nice and helpful.The prices are more than fair, and the food offered here is really delicious! Our parking space right on the small lake was fantastic. The water quality is excellent and invites you to swim.The quiet location of the campsite ensures that you can relax here perfectly. Occasionally you can hear the A9, but that was hardly a bother for us. A big plus is the cleaning facilities - you have the option to wash and use a dishwasher, which makes your stay even more pleasant.We can fully recommend this place! A perfect place for anyone looking for nature and relaxation. We'll definitely be back!

A dream! There's nothing to complain about here! Except maybe if you want action and hustle and bustle and a fast internet connection. But the internet works, it's just slow and that's bearable for being in such an idyllic place. The place is naturally located in the forest and is clean, the operators are super nice. In summer you can stand in the shade and jump into the small lake. It's not big, you can't swim lengths, but it's enough to cool off. This is my second time here and it's a gem. Hopefully not too many people read this review, then I won't get a place here soon because everyone wants to come!

Oh, on the recommendation of our formerly enthusiastic friends, who praised this campsite like the eighth wonder of the world, we naively booked a small house. Two weeks later, happily loaded with five dogs and all our luggage, we set off on our journey. When we arrived at the registration desk, we were informed with a charming smile that unfortunately there was no space left - everything was already taken. How surprised we were!But what should we say about that?We were given an absolutely "attractive" alternative: the owners' private mini-caravan. Because where, if not in a shoebox, should five dogs and us feel more comfortable? An offer that was of course not an option.So we were finally allowed to start our journey home – completely undisturbed by any of the comforts of a camping holiday. It turned out that families who book several houses and then happen to get the one we reserved seem to be better guests. You never stop learning. Next time we might try our luck at a place that places less emphasis on wallet size than on honesty when booking.
