I had a fantastic stay in this well-designed room! The space is modern, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. The bathroom is sleek with a spacious walk-in shower, and the lighting around the vanity is perfect for getting ready. The kitchen area is compact but fully equipped, offering everything you need for a short stay, including a built-in microwave and coffee machine.The living area is cozy with comfortable seating and ample storage, making it feel much larger than it actually is. The minimalistic decor and clever use of space create a very calming and functional atmosphere. Overall, it's an ideal room for both short and long stays, blending style with practicality.

Look at how the room is when I check in and how the host reacts! Very poor management job. The room was not cleaned and the host asks me to go to reception the next morning to “solve the problem” 😂😂😂 Well, where should I stay for the first night? In a messy room as such?

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel!I had booked my parents a room for one night, when they got to the hotel late in the afternoon there was no staff left, so they had to do the check-in themselves at the counter in the lobby!When they entered the code, an error message kept appearing. After a lot of back and forth on the phone, it finally seemed to have worked!However, when they stood in front of the room door, it was impossible to unlock. However, the woman we were always on the phone with said that it should work and tried to reprogram the key card again. When it finally didn't work and they couldn't get into the room, she suggested moving the room.The new room was unlocked but wasn't cleaned! The bed wasn't made, dirty dishes were lying around...When I had to call the woman again to get another room, I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes because she wasn't sure whether there was still a room available.The whole procedure took over an hour and since my parents had an 8 hour drive, I told the woman on the phone that she should give me the money back and I would find them both a new room!Unfortunately, she couldn't guarantee that I would get the money because she would have to discuss this with her boss first.It was a really difficult evening! My dad had to go from the room to the lobby a total of 5-6 times because the key card had to be re-registered there and I was on the phone with the woman for more than an hour who seemed like she wasn't very sorry that nothing happened worked!However, they ended up getting a room that would have cost a lot more without having to pay extra!Nevertheless, my parents won't spend another night in this hotel because it cost us so much patience and nerves after a really tiring day!

This was my first time to stay at Arive hotel for an extended period and I can tell for sure I will stay at ariv whenever I come to Basel. I like the idea of coo-living which made me feel like home. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Special thanks to kenita who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I highly recommend Ariv Apartments to anyone visiting Basel.

As someone who frequently stays at Ariv when I'm on business trips, I can fully recommend if plan to stay for couple of days in Basel. People there are very kind and helful and they make sure that your stay is going to be as enjoyable as possible. Rooms are equiped with high quality furniture and they are always clean. Breakfast is also decent for that price range with a great variety of cheeses and cold cuts.

Ariv Apartments + Spaces offers great opportunities for leisure activities and socializing in the lobby. Unfortunately, the check-in description was unclear and I didn't receive a code. However, the help service was quick and helpful. Overall a good experience with small points of improvement.

I had the pleasure of living in ariv for 2 months and my experience was entirely positive. The furnishings are modern and well maintained, and the common areas are designed to be both welcoming and functional. I particularly liked the friendly and helpful atmosphere among the residents.The location is excellent – close to public transport, shopping and restaurants. The events and community activities organized regularly are a great way to meet new people and integrate into the community.The management team is extremely professional and responds quickly to any queries or issues. The cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities are also noteworthy.Overall, I can recommend the ariv to anyone looking for a pleasant, sociable and well-organized place to live. It was a great experience and I would come back any time.

During my long-term stay at Ariv, the staff, Priya and Jorge, made me feel welcomed and supported at all times, making it a warm living environment. In addition to ensuring there are always extra activities for us to bond as a community, they are both friendly and solution-oriented. Priya, Jorge and other Ariv staff members are professional at all times as well as creating a unique and comfortable atmosphere. Ariv has made my relocation to Basel easy, fun, and stress-free, for which I am very grateful.

Me and my coworker stayed here over the fantasy Basel and were very, pleasantly surprized at the awesome room that is like a little appartment! The community greeted us like we were part of it and we had some good talks with priya who works there aswell as some other guests. The location is great aswell and we will definitely come back!

My third time staying in Ariv Basel and every time it feels like coming home to old friends and making new ones too. Thanks to Priya and Jorge the two front desk Ariv staffs who are always hard at work and helpful. Note: You must try Priya’s cappuccino! And special thanks to the amazing Janina for always taking good care of me. Always sad to leave but always looking forward to come back home to Ariv Basel again.

This charming hotel was the ideal spot for a weekend getaway. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Priya, who recommended great restaurants in the area. I highly recommend it for an escape!

I had the opportunity to discover this magnificent place and to be welcomed by the wonderful Priya. I have nothing to complain about the quality of the service and its professionalism. She was very cheerful and contributed to the smooth running of my stay. Everything was great, clean rooms and incredible staff! I highly recommend.

We stayed at Ariv from 5-7th April 2024. The room was dirty on arrival. The cleaning staff had entered the room during our stay because the bedcover was moved but nothing had been cleaned. There was only one bicycle available and the breaks were broken. It was very loud with heavy traffic in the evenings and noise at night. Worst of all, we left our Barbour coat in the closet but went back the next morning to collect it and apparently nothing had been found. We are shocked about the dishonesty of the staff and sad that our coat had been stolen and not kept for us. I travel a lot for business and thishas never happened to me. I can only recommend to never stay at Ariv.

Ariv is lovely. What a wonderful stay!Rooms and services are excellent and great connected to the city center. Moreover, the community is amazing!!I truly recommend this place to everybody!
