Very good home cooking. Nice atmosphere and nice boss and employees. Always happy8/19/21 it's always a pleasure to come here. It's a shame that the Glashüttener Hof isn't close to me. Here you eat a 4-course menu at lunch and a 3-course menu in the evening and only have to pay for the main course and drinks. In addition, everything is fresh and cooked in a good housewife style. Where else can you find something like this today?10/10/21 there again for lunch. It was a lonely peak again. The pictures say it all.23.1.22 Venison leg, cheeks, beef roulade with red cabbage, dumplings, puree etc. simply top class. Just wow...5/14/23 Today for Mother's Day, boiled beef with green sauce, roast beef with potato gratin and the delicacies from the house. As with nuts…………..June 24, 24 at noon there again. I don't really need to add anything, just great as always. It's a shame it's not closer to where we live.10/28/24 two people were happy with the roulade, as was the duck. My milk veal fillet was dry and tough. I also have to say that the menu hasn't changed and the prices have gone up significantly. Certainly there is still a 4-course menu at lunchtime for the main course price and also “second helpings” for the side dishes. The dessert has shrunk to the coffee cookies (not homemade)!!!

Was there for dinner on 10/26/25. When we came in we sat for what felt like at least 10 minutes. Nobody served us. Well, with good will in mind, we got the card ourselves. We were already looked at with poison. All right. With the card in her hand, about 5 minutes later the older lady came and the owner asked for drinks and food. We were surprised and initially refused. Then she came back and picked up the drinks. We were still reading our menu and then a greeting came from the kitchen, we were surprised. We were then able to order our food straight away. Unfortunately the goulash and some things were already sold out. She said she could still offer duck. I took the duck and my wife the ladies schnitzel. While we were still eating, the kitchen greeted us with a starter with salad. Here too we were surprised, we hadn't ordered, she told us there was always a 3-course menu here in the evening. Well then we thought thank God we didn't order an appetizer. The meal with duck, Brussels sprouts, red cabbage and dumplings was very tasty. The meat in particular was very tender and not dry, as is often the case. You could reorder the supplement. The schnitzel was also very good and breaded myself. This was also very tender and tasty. As soon as we had finished eating, dessert with pastries arrived, which we found very funny and nice. I wish they had asked us for a coffee. So we ordered it ourselves. When she brought us our luggage. Oh what I forgot, before eating I ordered a red wine Knisper which was really tasty. Well, in the end we slowly ran out of drinks. I would have liked someone to come by and ask if we would like something to drink. Unfortunately no. We found it very unfortunate. Oh, the owner told us that two of the staff had fallen out and things were going slowly. If she had said it right at the beginning when we sat down. Then I might have been more understanding. Well, I'll go again, maybe next year and give them a second chance. Conclusion: eat kitchen. Very tasty German cuisine.

I've been to the Glashüttener Hof restaurant for lunch twice now. The food is absolutely brilliant. As often mentioned, after ordering a main course at lunchtime you automatically get a starter soup, then a salad plate, then the main course and then a dessert and a choice of coffee, espresso or cappuccino. All dishes are beautifully presented, very freshly prepared and extremely tasty. I was so impressed by the quality and taste of the food on my first visit. This was confirmed again today (Sept. 2024) on the 2nd visit. The menu always changes regularly so it doesn't get boring. The service is very, very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. The ambience in the restaurant is also very nice. For me, the Glashüttener Hof restaurant is THE culinary HIGHLIGHT in the Taunus if you are looking for very good German cuisine. It is now one of my favorite restaurants in the area.Absolute recommendation!!!5 stars for the kitchen team. 5 stars for the service in the restaurant and 5 stars for the house itself.Thank you very much and I look forward to my next visit.Best regards from Kelkheim/Taunus.

We went there for dinner for a birthday. The table was pre-booked. The food was very tasty and we all enjoyed it.There was also an appetizer for everyone and a dessert to choose from. We were all thrilled. That wasn't the first and last time we were there.
