Who says a business hotel can't also be cozy and inviting? That's exactly what's on offer here! As soon as you arrive you feel warmly welcomed. Loving details such as candles outside in the evening create a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel is stylishly designed with lots of wood, which creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. Breakfast is a highlight – you are really pampered, everything is set with love. A perfect place for business travelers who are also looking for a bit of coziness!

A beautiful modern but very cozy hotel! I know the Wiesengrund from my childhood - it's unrecognizable! Only the coat stand seems to have stood the test of time - which is nice. Our room is quiet at the back, very nicely decorated and really spacious. Comfortable box spring bed, new bathroom, comfortable chairs/armchairs. Great. We're already looking forward to breakfast. Since we've just come from eating outside, all I can say is: the bar is very nice, the crowd at the dining tables seems more than happy. It smells of fresh spices. Beer clearly tapped and well chilled. The receptionist was very attentive and friendly, we immediately felt welcome. Dieter would be very happy with how his former hotel now looks and is run.Breakfast: a table breakfast! Everything at the table, like at home. Plus sweet things, muesli etc at the counter - perfect! Delicious things and again very cozy! Thank you!

We booked brunch for 25 adults and 5 children. One person was vegan and 3 were lactose intolerant. There was plenty of food available for everyone and it was very tasty. We will definitely repeat. It was great. The staff was also very friendly, competent and accommodating. Great!

Top notch family hotel close by the highway. We had a family room and enjoyed an excellent dinner in their restaurant. Good forest area to walk in nearby. EV chargers available.

Are there friendlier hosts? I don't believe!Great hotel, clean and modern. It really leaves nothing to be desired. Very tasty restaurant and great breakfast. And on top of that, it’s dog-friendly too! We will be back!!!!

Nothing special; dog barking non-stop was highly annoying though.Low rating due to the following incident. Had to leave early because of a private matter. In person, the hosts agreed to refund part of the rent if booking.com agreed as well. When booking.com agreed (and even went as far as to forego a part of the commision) the hosts suddenly changed their minds and were unwilling to refund. They hid behind booking.com guidelines; but according to booking.com, no such guidelines exist and they are more than willing to help with the refund procedure.I wouldn't have bothered if the hosts had been honest about their intentions at the start. Now I've spend hours trying to come to an arrangement while the hosts were never willing to accommodate us to begin with.

Hospitality is obviously a top priority here. The owners are warm, efficient and professional. The room was great - we all (2 adults, 1 dog) felt right at home!The restaurant is really an insider tip. Both the food and the recommended wines were delicious. Definitely worth a visit!

A great stay, rooms lovingly furnished and relatively clean.Food was very good, priced higher which curbed the appetite a bit. The breakfast is not a buffet but everything is available at the place, great idea but if you can't eat everything or eat it, it presents you with certain challenges.Nevertheless, it was a great stay with great food and a very nice couple who run their hotel with a lot of heart.

We stayed here with a larger group as part of a business trip. The staff was very well informed, very friendly and the hotel seemed well maintained and modern. The rooms were clean and met modern standards. The dinner was seasonal and the quality and taste was excellent. Food preferences were taken into account. The breakfast was also found to be very good. Parking was possible on site free of charge. In my opinion, highly recommended.
