My husband and I were lucky enough to celebrate our wedding at the Stemmen estate in September this year.Right from the start of planning we felt like we were in good hands and advised. We really liked the easy-to-see flat rates and the ability to adapt them flexibly and easily to your own wishes through consultation.The hall itself has an almost royal look and the outdoor area is also well maintained. We were happy to take advantage of the opportunity to stay overnight and it enabled some guests to stay longer at the party.The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Both we and some guests experienced that the service was very attentive and didn't take long to arrive.The food was also excellent, the buffet was always well stocked and hot.Finally, we would like to mention that we received feedback from many guests that matched our experience.Accordingly, we can warmly recommend the Stemmen estate.

We celebrated our wedding at the Stemmen estate at the beginning of September and are convinced that it was a real stroke of luck. We looked online for a location where our free wedding ceremony could take place, as well as a large, beautiful hall for the celebration and where there was also overnight accommodation for most of our guests. The Stemmen estate fulfilled all of these wishes perfectly. We also had wonderful all-round support, from the first very nice meeting about a year before to breakfast the morning after our wedding. The team is experienced and simply great at organizing weddings. If something is missing or there were misunderstandings in the arrangement, they are immediately reorganized so that everything fits.The wedding package and all other offers are very extensive and the prices are really fair. Our wedding menu was excellently cooked.We organized the DJ, wedding cake and photographer ourselves, but the Stemmen estate can also provide you with contacts if necessary.All questions in the run-up to the wedding were answered promptly and all of our wishes were taken into account.Our free wedding ceremony in the Traugarten was wonderful. Despite 28°C, it was pleasantly shady there in the afternoon, and the garden is so beautiful that even a few floral decorations rounded everything off perfectly. Of course we were lucky with the weather, but if the conditions had been worse, the wedding would certainly have been nice in the shower or indoors in the hall.Our hotel room was actually very warm at the beginning because all the windows were tilted in the summer temperatures. There is no air conditioning, but after adequate ventilation overnight it was a little cooler to sleep in. Everything was very clean. There was also a little surprise in the room from the country estate for the wedding night.We would like to thank the whole team for everything and can only recommend the Stemmen estate to everyone. We would like to come back again for a restaurant visit or a short vacation.Dear Landgut Stemmen, since a wedding fair is already organized regularly, how about a bridal ball for former brides and grooms?A great opportunity to slip into your wedding clothes again and celebrate in the beautiful atmosphere of your hotel.

We received a very warm welcome. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. We were given many suggestions on how to plan and enjoy our vacation. Upon request, everything that was possible was fulfilled. Thank you for everything. L. G. A quaint, cozy hotel in a rural location with cozy and, above all, clean rooms. Booked spontaneously on Wednesday evening and went there on Thursday. Despite the spontaneity, a very friendly welcome and everything was well prepared. We would go there again at any time.

Beautiful location and modern rooms, well-kept facility so far tip top.BUT the service at breakfast is subpar.1. An absolute NOGO on a Sunday breakfast until 10:30 a.m2. no more laying shortly after 10 a.m3. Unfriendly staff who drove you out of the hall even though it was still above sea level. There were 10 guests eating and around 25 guests sitting there.4. From 10:40 the vacuum cleaner was brought out and vacuumed under the tables, everything was rude and rude.5. The buffet was no longer evaluable after 10 a.m. because it was empty.I only wrote this review at the hotel's request.

Idyllically located country estate with clean, quiet and beautifully designed rooms, some of which are a bit small (sloping ceilings), but offer everything you need to get a good night's sleep.However, the service at breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The fact that this is only available until 10:30 a.m. on a Sunday is a shame in a wedding location, but by 10:15 a.m. it is completely empty and nothing is added even when asked, and at 10:27 it is already dismantled and you I find it quite outrageous to then be thrown out of the hall where the wedding party was staying at exactly 10:30.Checkout at 11am on a Sunday was also rather relaxed, although standard.

An excellent hotel. The staff were exceptional, the food delicious, and the room spacious. I didn't like the bathroom radio coming on automatically though! We would definitely visit again, and stay for longer.

About the room: Carpets in the rooms are warm and quiet, which is a plus. However, with the huge selection of laminates available these days, I would install a laminate floor because it is simply much, much more hygienic. (my personal opinion).About the location: Stemmen is a small, quiet place. To cities like e.g. To visit Stade, Lüneburg or Hamburg you have to drive approx. 60 or 80 km. But it's definitely worth it.Regarding the service: I gave the service 5 stars because it was consistently very nice and competent, regardless of the area. I would still like to report on one incident. Our friend had drunk two glasses of wine with dinner and politely asked the waitress whether he could get a small 0.1 liter of wine. The young woman's short answer: We don't give out 0.1 wine, I wouldn't even know how to calculate it and I can't do half the price of a 0.2 wine either, that would be counterproductive. ?????????Well, everything's fine

My room in the guest house was clean and ok, but nothing particularly great, hence a good 3 stars. Stealing itself is very rural and there are few options. Therefore we used the bar. The service here seemed quite annoyed and as a guest you had the feeling that you were disrupting the operations.

Stemmen is a quiet, clean place not far from Nordheide.The friendly hotel is no longer brand new, but is attractively furnished. The bathroom has been redesigned.The choice of food is very tasty, making it difficult to choose. The selection for breakfast is plentiful and varied. The service is characterized by friendliness and care.So we are very satisfied.
