We stayed in the hotel for one night. Rooms were quite good; spacious and well equipped. What we cannot recommend is the breakfast for 13 euros per person. It wasn't worth the price. At 8:30 a.m. there were only grain rolls. The eggs were counted, because each guest is only entitled to one egg. There were only two types of cold cuts and cheese, which were carelessly laid out on a silver platter. Jam and yoghurts were from “Gut und Günstig”. The orange juice didn't taste good, nor did the long-life milk. We really expected more for this price. There wasn't even scrambled eggs with bacon to be found. We've had better buffets for less money. Butter was only added upon request. Simply loveless, which was reflected in the staff. The breakfast room seemed to us like a meeting place in a church community center. We don't understand why breakfast isn't offered in the disused restaurant, which would have been more charming.

A 70th birthday was celebrated. The premises, service, food and drinks were good. Service was very good. The hotel area, the hotel rooms are good. Breakfast was nicely prepared and varied.After many years we were once again in the “Grünhof” and it was a good thing.
