My parents, relatives, family friends and we were regulars before the incident.Unfortunately, I forgot my jewelry worth €1,500 there during our last vacation. The staff was so incompetent that they “sent it back” to me in a TORN PAPER envelope, even though insured shipping had been arranged, the costs of which I would of course cover. I called and was told by a rude receptionist that I could get rid of the police. He wanted to consult and then call me. Never heard from them again and my calls were IGNORED.I work as a receptionist in a hotel and have never treated a guest or their lost property with such disrespect and love, let alone exhibited such unfriendly and disgusting behavior.None of us have ever been seen there since then and my in-laws don't plan to do so anymore either ;)Addendum:Such nonsense. First of all, I have definitely informed you that my jewelry (including two gold necklaces and a pair of gold earrings) not only have a high financial value, but also a very high emotional one. We are talking about real gold jewelry here. Not even a blind person would have guessed it was plastic. I don't care if you've learned to be more lenient with guests' lost property, after all it's part of your job and mine and I thought you knew that.Furthermore, you may have been very disrespectful and uninterested in my loss. If you had been interested, you would have answered my calls and not ignored them for 11 months and now only contacted me because I wrote a review about my experience :)

Rented a holiday home for 2 nights.The house is well equipped, although a bit worn out.The house hadn't been cleaned for a while when we arrived. This was indicated by various dead insects in the bathtub and on the floor. Patio furniture was dirty and stood in a corner. When we asked, we were given a cleaning cloth so that we could clean it. Absolute impudence!What exactly is 90 euros for the final cleaning?TV didn't work, had to call several times to get someone to change it.For all the trouble there was a 20 euro discount... really now?Thank you...never again

We have been coming here for many years and it is always great every time. The houses are very comfortably furnished, so you feel super comfortable. The location is excellent for relaxation and the process is very uncomplicated. We always like to come!

We spent 3 days at Scharmützelsee in Bad Saarow. The positive first. The location by the lake is very nice, the outdoor area is fine and the cleanliness of the holiday apartment was satisfactory. Unfortunately, the houses are getting old and the owner(s) do not recognize the need to invest anything in maintenance. The fly screens on the windows and doors were either worn out or no longer there. The terrace railing is rotten, the wiring is unconventional. A lampshade on the bed was missing and junction boxes were hanging out of the walls. In general, the houses urgently need repairs. The defects indicated have only been partially remedied.

Shortly before the end of our vacation:Our house (does not belong to the park administration) has no blinds or similar on the large window front in the living room, which is really beautiful in itself. When the sun is really shining, the living room is hardly usable during the day.The employee obviously understood what good service means. Instead of an apartment, he gave me a house with complete sun protection and a sauna! offered or a sizable sum as compensation.No matter what you decide, this is a perfect service! No discussion, remained friendly and confident. Everyone in this industry can take an example from this.1 plus with an asteriskOtherwise great location... the facilities are good averageThe lake is gorgeous

The complex is very nice and the lake is easy to reach on foot. There is nothing to complain about except the reception staff. We give it 0 stars, or rather -5. We have never met such a disinterested and incompetent person. We were 2 families with a total of 9 people and wanted to choose bikes that we could rent for the next day. That in itself was a huge problem but it was somehow possible. We would have needed 4 more bicycle helmets and we wanted to reserve these too. That wasn't possible and, according to the employee, it wasn't necessary if we showed up the next morning. Long story short, no sense at all. The next morning I was there at times and there were only 2 helmets although, according to the employee, nothing had been handed out yet. Of course, it was also vehemently denied that he had promised us the day before that there would be enough helmets. 9 guests were portrayed as liars because all the statements he made the day before would never have happened. We didn't take any bikes there and went to the Ernest Scheffler bike rental shop. Better selection of bikes and helmets, better service and better price. But most importantly, super nice employees who have an idea and know how to deal with customers.

Beautiful location very close to the village of Bad Saarow and directly at the nearby lake. The holiday home we rented was clean and fully equipped with a nice kitchen bathroom and sufficient quality of beds. Unfortunately no air-conditioning which would have been great ( we were there with 25+ celcius conditions)

We had a nice time but the house needs to be checked by the caretaker. The shower head is a disaster in both bathrooms. Either it sprays so high that you don't get any water or it falls off completely. The holder for shower utensils was no longer there. These are all small things that can be repaired quickly.The house can be rented for 6 people, but there are two single-seaters in the living room in front of the TV. Unfortunately, a cozy family movie evening was not possible.The house smelled like dog and so did the vacuum cleaner. Since we had dog allergies with us, it really wasn't any fun. The cleaning lady seems to clean the house within 10 minutes, which unfortunately shows. Dust mice and spiders everywhere. Of the 6 chairs, 2 were not usable at all and the television turned on by itself every night, which explained to us why the power plug was unplugged when we came into the house.The area is very beautiful and almost directly on the lake. We will definitely come back but most likely to another accommodation. Just under €250 per night is a lot and in this case absolutely not justified. A pity.

If I could give minus points for friendliness at the reception I would do so immediately.In contrast to the reception in Wendisch Ritz, the reception in Bad Sarrow Castle Park was absolutely unfriendly and had no desire. I don't want to say any more about this.I won't come here again.

We have been here on vacation for 2 weeks now. It was a wonderful time. We felt totally comfortable. The holiday home was modern and clean. The staff was very friendly. And the facility was clean and well maintained. We'll definitely come back again.
