SCAMMERS!!!!Because how can you call someone who is deliberately misleading!On booking and on the hotel's website there is information about a 24-hour reception.This is not true, as confirmed by Mr. Jan Kozubski in his comment.I had a reservation but the gate was locked, the intercom didn't work, one phone wasn't working and no one answered the other one!!!Fortunately, I found itHotel nearby in the middle of the night.Hotel BaranowskiTransportowa 4c SłubiceWITH 24/7 RECEPTION!!!And avoid Korona at all costs!!!!

Very cute, family-run small hotel, not super modern but clean and lovingly furnished.The owner as well as the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.The location is also great, we were able to reach everything quickly on foot.The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast.Fresh rolls and sweet spreads would be great.A selection of sausage would also be niceWhat was there was very tasty and the hard-working lady who made fresh scrambled eggs for us every morning and tried very hard to get something to eat for our daughter deserves praise.

According to website, reception should be available 24/7 but in reality all you'll get at night is a closed gate and no response to doorbell.

We booked 2 nights and went to another hotel after one night. The owner is rude and rude. From 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. you're locked in like a prison; you can't even go out to smoke. Nowhere is this mentioned when booking. If you come back to the hotel late you will be standing in front of the door, with luck someone will open it but the next day you will hear from the owner why you are so late and he now has to pay the employee because she opens the door at night had to open. Ridiculous!! Bathroom mold on the ceiling, everything damp. Catastrophic conditions. Stay away from this hotel, there are much better and cheaper ones
