We travel very often - both professionally and privately - and have therefore had a lot of experience with holiday apartments and hotels. What you are offered here - especially in terms of price-performance ratio - is a complete impudence.Since we booked the accommodation very spontaneously, we unfortunately only noticed after booking that the already quite reasonable booking price of €440 for 3 nights/3 people was not the end of the story. Plus cleaning fee of €80, plus dog fee of €30, plus electricity, plus water and theoretically plus fees for bed linen and towels, which is actually included in every other 0815 holiday apartment, plus deposit, you get a price that couldn't be more unreasonable could. Because, what do you get for it here? When you check in you receive an information folder, which mainly describes the guest's obligations, including an inventory list!!!! We've never seen anything like that before. Apart from the fact that this was incorrect (chairs and other listed utensils were obviously missing), something like this doesn't make a good impression on the holiday guest. In addition, everything must be spotless when you leave, i.e. everything swept clean, dishes cleaned and beds stripped (!!!). What exactly the €80 cleaning fee is charged for remains a mystery. When you enter the house you notice that there is not much heating here. The furnishings also seem ice cold; everything is pretty simple and there is no apparent attention to detail. When we moved into the double bed, we immediately noticed that the frame of the bed was broken and half fallen off. I reported this immediately by email and a repair was actually carried out the next day. So thank you and praise for that. But you can't quickly repair the completely uncomfortable slatted frame and the cheap, sagging mattresses. You lie there like you're on a seesaw and you hardly dare move. Our backs still remind us of this experience - thank you for that too. The terrace itself is beautiful - if you looked closely you could see a lot of cobwebs on the upper beams, and there was an indefinable blue plastic piece on the lawn. The €80 cleaning fee is apparently only intended for indoors. The signposted parking spaces are also great - every apartment has a parking space right in front of the door. Unfortunately, it is probably mainly illiterate or selfish people who spend their holidays here. We hardly had the pleasure of using the parking space assigned to us because there was always someone else in it. What was very nice was the action of a guest who, at exactly 11:50 p.m., used a loud horn to draw attention to the fact that someone was blocking his parking space.Since the mood was already low due to the events described, of course there was no holiday feeling during our stay. Out of spite, we wanted to leave as little additional money as possible here - after all, at €0.45 per kWh you also earn money on electricity and certainly also on water - and therefore used water and electricity very sparingly. We neither cooked nor turned on the electric heating. We treated ourselves to the luxury of the electricity-guzzling sauna. The highlight was the departure procedure. You still have to make an APPOINTMENT so that an employee of the Marinapark can do her inspection in Oberfeldwebelmarnier. At least it was quick - 5 minutes after I called reception, the "FDJ secretary" came cycling up on her bike. They now felt our displeasure regarding the overall situation. After the “flag roll call” we had to go to reception with our folder and “do the accounting”. Conclusion: Maybe we were just unlucky with our holiday apartment, but of all the accommodations we had booked so far, this was by far the most disappointing. Saunas and whirlpools are no use if you spend the whole vacation annoyed and only have the rattling additional costs in your head.
