We were at this campsite at the beginning of October. We liked him very much. Our parking space was in a quiet location and it was a short walk to the washroom. The place was very well maintained, as were the sanitary facilities. The staff were very friendly. A really nice short vacation!

This campsite has a very nice layout, large pitches and looks very well maintained.Unfortunately there are several problems:The lighting from the main path is completely removed, so you can't see anything there in the dark and you can quickly get injured.There are no trash cans on the campsite, just a collection point.The washhouses are freezing cold at the end of September/beginning of October because the windows are tilted and can't be closed, the heating doesn't get warm either and you're in full draft when you shower.Even at the request of several guests, nothing is changed; the heating only works when you inform the boss personally.Water management is taken to the extreme here because you are constantly busy trying to get the water running again (both when showering and when washing your hands).After all, the toilets and shower room are cleaned several times a day.At Igor (restaurant on site) you can eat well, it is freshly prepared and tastes good. Price performance is right, and on top of that the restaurateur also has a sense of humor.Dogs are also allowed, max. 2 per arrival and must be kept on a leash at all times on site.The place is a little outside, which of course promises more exercise, but within walking distance of the beach (approx. 20 minutes walk)You have to pay when you arrive and if you end your camping time early you wouldn't get your money back.All in all, recommended and intended to be enjoyed, nice and quiet and relaxed.

At first glance, a really nice campsite. However, there are several shortcomings: You have to pay in full upon arrival...I only know about it when you leave...too few trash cans and clearly too little lighting, you can't see the hedges in the darkThe sanitary facilities are clean and are cleaned several times a day. The showers are reasonably large, but the windows in the washhouse cannot be closed and the heating cannot be turned on, even after repeated requests.An open area with no protection from the wind and only cold water is provided for washing dishes. All of this was already detrimental at the beginning of October...hence the deduction of stars.

Nice caravan site under the trees, close to the dirt path for dogs. Modern sanitary facilities. Very nice receptionist. And then there is the great Balkan restaurant right on site.

A bit higher price which is probably due to the location. Otherwise a pleasant campsite! What's annoying, however, is that when you shower you always have to press the start button again after 30 seconds! If you have shampoo in your hair, it's not conducive to looking for and finding the button with your eyes closed!Otherwise quite ok!

We stayed here in the motorhome for 5 days. Very spacious and well-maintained pitches with water and electricity connections. Clean sanitary facilities and very friendly staff.The place is now very quiet in September although it is well used. Of course I can't judge what it's like during the holiday season.

Good pitches with electricity, water and sewage. Showering hot water for 3 1/2 minutes is actually enough, but if the stop times are included in the time, it becomes sporty to wait three minutes for the next round of hot water.

First of all, the reservation went great and was very friendly despite the change twice (the place was also selected straight away).When you arrived you were greeted warmly and everything was explained. Chip for barrier/washhouse/toilet and for hot water for washing up. However, it's a shame that for two people only one was given for the sanitary facilities. If one was out and the other needed something, you had to wait for the other, as you couldn't get into the sanitary building without the chip.The pitch was large enough and had water and electricity on site.What was very annoying, however, was that about 30 minutes before our arrival, new grass was sown and the entire pitch was properly watered. It was a real mud hole during construction. Something like this definitely needs to be planned better when making a reservation.Washhouse 2 is modern and has a time limit for men in the shower. As soon as you press start, men have 3.5 minutes and women have 6 minutes to shower. The time continues even if you stop the water in between. So you can save the function. When the time is up, you have to wait 3 minutes before you can shower again. Or you can just change the cabin. Given the time, I find it very sporty and sometimes I didn't get along with it. 1 minute more would be helpful. The showers are free. It's also very annoying when the cleaning times don't even come close. They are often blocked earlier than stated. Sometimes 30-40 minutes beforehand.You have to pre-order bread rolls by 2 p.m., which unfortunately wasn't told to us when we arrived.We found the place very sterile. It has no charm and some long-term campers seemed very elitist. Driving to shower, not even saying hello, etc.

A very nice, clean place. Spacious pitches with grass, ensuring good privacy. Unfortunately we had a spot right on the busy street. The place has gravel on the paths everywhere, very inconvenient, you can hear every car, bike or pedestrian very loudly.

Staff super friendly, place clean and well laid out, washrooms and toilets clean! We have nothing to complain about, we had a pleasant and relaxing time there. We also had a delicious meal in the front restaurant and used the bread roll service. Thank you for everything.

The “Ahoi Camping Resort Grömitz” campsite offers a successful mix of pitches for holiday campers and permanent pitches for long-term campers. Of the total pitches on offer, only around 60 places are available for short-term campers, which makes a spontaneous stay a special opportunity. It's nice that a plot of land was still available even with short-term planning.The parking spaces are clearly separated from each other by hedges, which means you have enough privacy, but still have the opportunity to talk to your neighbors if you are interested - the low hedges literally invite you to do so.As far as location is concerned, the campsite scores with its proximity to the Baltic Sea. The Grömitz promenade is about a 40-minute walk away and can be reached via a pleasant walk through the neighboring beach park and further along the dam. So anyone who likes to take a walk will find the location ideal.A special feature of the square is the well-thought-out access system. Both the barriers and the sanitary facilities can only be opened with a chip, which gives a feeling of security. In Washhouse 2, which we used, there was also a separate chip for warm water when washing dishes. The showers here, however, require some getting used to: warm water only flows when the LED display is off or lights up green. If the previous user used less, it may happen that you have to wait a moment for warm water - a small detail that hardly detracts from the overall impression.The reception is always staffed in the morning and evening during the summer months, which is practical for holidaymakers with flexible arrival and departure times. Overall, “Ahoi Camping Grömitz” offers a well-thought-out and pleasant camping experience, especially for those who are looking for a place at short notice and appreciate a relaxed, natural environment. Despite minor technical peculiarities with the showers, we can fully recommend this campsite.

We were there for two days. We had a very nice time ✨🌻. Sanitary facilities were very clean (although the showers were a bit annoying "minutes"). Staff friendly 😊. The place was beautifully laid out. A small shop + bread rolls (unfortunately only possible with pre-order) were really missing 😜. Mega WiFi reception, that was great ♥️💯👍🏼. The restaurant on site was good and tasty 😁.
