Room not very appealing due to the bed system, but clean. Price per night okay. Close to the beach and downtown. Grocery store and drugstore can also be reached within a short walking distance.

Located directly at the spa park. 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the town center. Clean. There is no mirror in which you can see yourself completely.

The apartment is actually quite ok. There is still room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, hence only 3 stars.The bathroom was redone.Unfortunately, the house is very noisy (perhaps you should oil the door or adjust it correctly).A plus point is the location: it's right next to the spa gardens and it's not far to the beach.

Unfortunately not recommended. The house is very noisy - every noise, whether flushing the toilet, moving chairs, closing doors, voices, etc. could be heard. It felt like being at a train station, especially when the cleaners were cleaning the apartments. We had trouble getting our daughter to sleep every day because of the noise.The double bed in one of the bedrooms was a disaster. It creaked with every little movement.The cleaning was fine.In terms of equipment, I would say the bare essentials were there, but nothing more. The bathroom was very nice and new. The rest, unfortunately, is rather older.The description said there was a garden area when we booked the apartment. But these are only two balconies.Unfortunately, the apartment is no longer an option for us.

Everything was great in our holiday apartment with a balcony. Clean, central and a 3-minute walk from the beach.Parking space directly in front of the house. Furnishings are new and beautifully colored.

The apartment was super clean and very well equipped. Only 10 minutes from the beach. You can comfortably walk through the spa park.

Grömitz is very beautiful. The landlady was also very friendly. We had the largest apartment in the house. It was really very spacious. However, we wouldn't book there again!The apartment was only superficially cleaned. There was thick dust everywhere, window sills, in the pictures, and there were spiders on the wall bed in the living room! We often had to get the vacuum cleaner. The mattresses in the bedroom resembled a hammock and it smelled extremely like urine. And we're definitely not picky!! Also the beach is further away like 750m. Since we were with children, we had to walk the route more often.The place itself is beautiful and you can experience a lot. But then no longer in this house! We were there during the summer holidays. And the apartments aren't exactly given for free. And a little more cleanliness would have been nice. You have to bring EVERYTHING with you, even spices like salt weren't there and not even a roll of toilet paper. The bathroom was new and clean.

You can sleep well, eat well and it is well located. The beach is not far away and it is a short walk into town. Unfortunately there was no dishwasher in our apartment. The parking lot is also good and there is free WiFi that is even of good quality. Nothing else is missing, the bathroom is perfectly adequate without a bathtub but with a good shower. There is also a balcony with enough space for laundry, for example. The price is okay and overall it deserves 4 stars.
