Very nice hosts, great central location, lived for little money (so of course you shouldn't compare it with a star hotel).In any case recommended.Most apartments are 1 room, with a balcony, bathroom, bed, small kitchenette and sofa/table, TV.

We were guests at Haus Berlin for the first time. We liked it very much. The room had very well thought out and complete facilities. Everything had been thought of, even enough clothes hangers in the large closets. The bed was great. And the parking space on the well-kept property, which is included in the price, rounds off the overall picture very nicely. We would be happy to vacation there again.

Very nice and clean accommodation. Price-performance is more than good!Everything you need is there and the location is ideal. The garden is also lovingly maintained and invites you to linger.The Philipp family is always helpful and friendly. I felt welcome at all times and have already booked my next vacation there!

We have been to Haus Berlin several times and have always been warmly welcomed.Haus Berlin is very centrally located. Only a few meters from the beach.Always my pleasure.

As always, we went to Grömitz for a short vacation and this time we became aware of Haus Berlin because of its prices and its location......yes and because there are three Pokestops around the house 😜...but that's just incidentally...the hosts are More than friendly and helpful and always available for a few tips, directions or kind words....the room was more than sufficient, the small kitchen was well equipped, even better than many other kitchens in Grömitz🤗.our room had a brand new couch, very comfortable and The bed is awesome and didn't want to leave it at all 😆 immo the family is busy renovating, which they are doing very well. Mr. Philipp showed us the renovated rooms with fresh walls, decorative furniture, etc. etc. ……we are back for the summer Booked in and are looking forward to it... I think the price-performance ratio is above average due to the room facilities and the central location to the shops, beach and promenade 😌... keep it up and two thumbs up... I almost forgot to mention the very well-kept gardens It makes you rave 🤩

We were there for the first time. We received a very warm welcome. You had the feeling you had known each other forever. Nice clean rooms. Very well equipped. Everything you need is there. Small but nice. Own balcony. Barbecue area, lockable corner for bicycles etc. available. Moorings are also there. Not far to the center. We liked it so much that we have already booked our next vacation. Thank you and see you soon.

Rented the two-room apartment.It is well and fully equipped.The landlord is helpful and friendly.Negative; The apartment and especially the access to and interaction with people with walking disabilities are not acceptable for people with walking disabilities. Rollators that may be needed may not be left in the apartment.Without an accompanying person, it is not possible for the person with walking difficulties to reach the apartment. Because: coarse gravel surface of the parking lot, where the rollator is stored, the trunk of the car or the tool shed.

Had the 2-room apartment from August 20th to 23rd. It was great, everything you needed was there. The seating area in front of the house was also great. The landlords were all super friendly.Will be back soon.
