Smoking area very outside and much too small. Unfortunately I didn't like the food at all, it felt very frozen. But the employees were all very, very nice.

I was there from June 24th to 26th and unfortunately I have to say that my stay was very disappointing. Here are the main problems I experienced during my visit:1.Inadequate room cleaning:The room was not cleaned properly when I arrived. I found dust on the furniture and dirt in the corners. It was so bad that I was forced to clean parts of the room myself to make it somewhat livable. This is absolutely unacceptable.2.Hygiene in the restaurant:I often found hair in my food, which really spoiled my appetite. This is not only disgusting, but also a clear sign of poor hygiene standards in the kitchen. In addition, there is usually only one main course, which limits the choice very much. For example, one dinner consisted of rice pudding - certainly not a satisfactory option for many guests. In addition, the kitchen staff were constantly arguing, which created an unpleasant and annoying atmosphere.3.Unprofessional reception staff:The reception staff was okay at times, but there was definitely room for improvement. Some employees could learn to respond to guests' questions and concerns in a more friendly and helpful manner. It's not too much to ask that you politely point out problems instead of appearing annoyed or rude.Overall, I cannot recommend the house due to these negative experiences. There are numerous areas that urgently need improvements to ensure guests have a comfortable and hygienic stay.

The beds are very small and hard. The food is inedible (some hair in it...) Unfortunately there is very little choice at the so-called "buffet". It is completely remote and it takes a 20 minute walk to reach a supermarket. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived ( Spider webs). If you are over 1.80 you can forget about sleeping comfortably.

A very nice place to camp for our scout tribe. What was particularly positive for us was the refrigerator + storage room available on the train and the platform that could be used as a parking space. The ban on electronic music and the slope of the square were negative.Overall we were very satisfied.

Room unsuitable for a family with a small child as there is no adequate security on the beds. Very dangerous! There is not enough space in the room for an extra bed or travel cot, so the small children have to rely on the bunk beds. This situation is unacceptable! The entire furnishings of the house are getting old.Overall, the meals offered were okay, but the cold cuts were of poor quality. The salami turns red on the roll.

We had an egg in our bed and the windows only opened, which meant that you couldn't ventilate normally. The food wasn't the best either and the potatoes tasted like tomatoes and if you didn't want to eat they looked at you like that as if they wanted to kill you and they were also very unfriendly
