Apartment with a beach view, happy to pay 5⭐️Facility so clean and well maintained, for that 4⭐️Everything was great with the reservation, hence the 5⭐️Now unfortunately for the negative points:- Unfortunately the apartment/building is very noisy and you can hear every snoring, walking or clearing your throat, so only 1⭐️- Bathroom not ventilated, which is very unpleasant after toilet business and becomes a blind flight after a proper shower, hence 1⭐️- We find the parking spaces in the underground car park very disastrous. Here two cars are so close together that even with the mirrors folded it was only possible to get out through the trunk, for that 1⭐️The price is of course understandable for the location, but still very high.Still okay for a spontaneous vacation/excursion if you can ignore these points.

Belvedere House. Apartment number 30.Top location directly behind the new DLRG building on the beach.The apartment is on the 2nd floor and even has a view of the ocean.3 balconies, kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet, a parents' bedroom + a children's bedroom for 2 and 2 sofa beds. Theoretically you could sleep here with 6 people.The kitchen has everything you need, really everything. TOP 👍.The only drawback was a television that just stuttered. The price is very high. Because it's also right near the beach.From the underground car park you can take the elevator directly to the second floor. Apartment 30 has its own wide and lockable garage, which is not a given 👍

Large construction site from the view from the balcony of the Grömitz dune park apartment 75 as described, but balcony chairs were finally replaced and also adjustable after several complaints. Mattresses are very soft and an abomination for people with back problems. Final cleaning super cheap. Only €92!!!

Large holiday apartment for supposedly 6 people. In reality 4 people, although there is still room for 2 people to sleep on the couch.But not in the dining area. Because there were only 4 chairs and the table would be too small for 6. OK for 4 people.The first bedroom was a nice size with a wardrobe. But the 2 bedroom was very narrow and wardrobe was out of order stuffed with blankets and sliding door didn't work. Terrace with deck chairs and cushions were ok and balcony with balcony furniture was good. Nice view. It's hard to see where the washing machines were.And there was no description for the induction cooker and oven, which was a shame.

We felt comfortable in the spacious, very well-kept apartment with around 75 square meters of living space, located directly on the dike. There was a single garage available on site for our vehicle. Unfortunately, the environment around the facility was sometimes quite loud, which was occasionally a bit annoying. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

The apartment we had was on the lowest level, so we looked at the dike from the balcony. Because it was so close to the water, it wasn't that bad. There was a construction site directly behind the dike, which we were kindly informed about in advance.The apartment itself consisted of a narrow hallway with a bathroom and two bedrooms off of it. At the end of the hallway there was a living and dining combination with access to the balcony. The bathroom was perfectly adequate and clean. The children's bedroom was equipped with a loft bed and was relatively small. The normal bedroom had a box spring bed, a closet and a television. The kitchen and living room together were a good size. There was also a television here. A modern armchair, which folded back, stood next to a sofa bed and a normal couch.Overall, the apartment was clean, although some areas that were harder to reach were not cleaned. Unfortunately, a remote control for the television was missing in the living room.All in all, the four of us had a good stay in the apartment and were happy with the location and the rooms.

So far everything is great 👍 it's just a shame that you can't see the Baltic Sea from the lower apartments and that you can't get these apartments cheaper despite the construction site and noise pollution 🙄

If you like construction noise during the day and loud basses coming from the waterfront almost every evening, you should book here. But the charm of the 80s in apartment 53 with its shortcomings creates a real holiday feeling. But the dog felt good here 🤣.But: it is also positive that the apartment was very clean.

This is the fourth time we've come here and it's always nice. Since we come here with our dog, the dog beach, which is about 700 m away, is of course ideal.

A well-kept facility in 70s style. Elevator, parking spaces and underground car park (attention! max. height 1.90m) as well as bicycle storage available (caution! danger of hitting your head). Location is still great, right on the dike, about 100 m to the promenade. Unfortunately, the peace and quiet will be over in the coming months; construction of the dune park will continue from July (noise has hardly been a problem so far, we were there in August). Still ideal for dog people, short distance to the dog beach. The holiday apartments are different. Our first apartment was small and nice, balcony facing the courtyard, freshly renovated and nothing was missing. Very clean. The second apartment in June was larger and had a great balcony with a sea view. It was also tastefully decorated and super clean. Both apartments were category 4⭐. The apartment two weeks ago was only 3⭐ but it was also very nice and had a partial sea view. By the way, the employees at Ahrens are always super nice
