We stayed at the hotel from Monday to Thursday. From checking in to checking out, everything was friendly and hassle-free. Our room was large and had what we needed. We only booked breakfast. This one was fine.A little more variety would be desirable for our taste. (e.g. small meatballs/sausages instead of always scrambled eggs) No criticism, just a note:) It was less than 5 minutes to the beach and you had arrived at the promenade with a beautiful bridge. Lots of restaurants and something for every budget. It is also important to mention that most shops do not offer card payment. (Internet where are you?:)) Dogs are welcome almost everywhere! A beautiful, quiet place and not overcrowded at this time. There are also plenty of excursion destinations. We were traveling by car. We'd love to have a nice day again!

A very nice hotel not far from the Baltic Sea beach. We relaxed here for a week in August and thoroughly enjoyed the benefits of this hotel. Our room with a balcony was very well furnished, the breakfast buffet was sufficient, there was something for every taste, as was the evening meal. The staff is very attuned to their guests, helpful and always has a smile on their faces. Our dog was also welcome.There is a lockable storage facility for the bicycles, we went on many beautiful bike rides, bathed a lot and enjoyed our vacation there.Thank you to the team at this hotel!The Uwe Kulke family from Kyritz

The food was simply great. I had the grill plate and the meat was spot on. The fried potatoes were also great, not mushy but a little crispy. My wife's loin with champion sauce was also extremely tasty. I can only recommend it and we were definitely not there for the last time. Unfortunately I can't rate the rooms but the service was also 1a.

Older hotel, which is great with these staff and would not be possible without them. Breakfast buffet first class, evening buffet so far ok (fish and meat)Fried to death, which was a shame.Dogs 🐕 are allowed in, smokers have to go out.😒 WiFi was also very slow.

A hotel that is now showing its age and has definitely left its best times behind. Everything isn't completely clean, the windows and glasses are dull, the wallpaper is rolling off the walls and it smells musty. The rooms cost far more than 100 euros.

We were there with our 2 dogs. The hotel is easy to find and is in a quiet location. The food and breakfast are great, the staff is very, very nice. Basically the hotel is quite nice, not a new building. Unfortunately our room left a lot to be desired. Everything was damp, it smelled musty and it was all quite old. We had our room in the annex of the hotel. The rating therefore only applies to our room; we cannot judge what the rooms in the main building are like.We would go there again, but then to other rooms in the hotel.

We were only there 3 nights. The staff is 5* + so friendly, attentive and always in a good mood. We could park our bikes for free in a locked “carport” and get 5*+ for that. The breakfast was extremely sufficient and there was something for absolutely everyone, very tasty. We decided against the half board because we wanted to spend the short time outside. What we saw as half board dishes looked great but we can't say anything about the taste. Our room 225 is very old but clean and tidy. However, the bathroom is a real challenge for people with disabilities. The shower tray, as so often described, is extremely high. The shower head is very small and the neon tube...terrible. It would be really desirable to renovate it little by little. The location of the hotel, on the other hand, is excellent, 200 meters from the promenade, a great starting point for bike tours. There are also great quiet corners.

We were in the hotel with 5 people. Everyone was super happy. The breakfast was very good. In the evening great meal according to menu. The rooms we had were very good.The only negative was the shower. Getting in and out is not ideal for older people. If health permits, we will come back next year.

Nice hotel with a great location. It's only a few minutes to the beach. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and it is clean. There is something for everyone at the breakfast buffet.Booking was a bit difficult in the low season but everything worked out very well!
