Just WOW. The first look at the reception is great. When you enter your 'room' after a short tour and detailed explanation of the special features... speechlessness... At least that's what happened to us. Here the hotelier is 'lived' with every fiber. Respect. Not so easy these days. THANKS. We would love to come back.

Super atmospheric and unique B&B in the center of Roermond. So much attention to interior details. Delicious breakfast and very friendly owner who responds quickly to messages. Absolutely recommended!

It has been a while since we stayed here but it is a perfect location. In the middle of Roermond. Despite being located in the middle of the city, it is very quiet and well hidden! The rooms are very nicely designed. The staff is also very friendly! No negative things to say! 😁

This B&B was created with a lot of love and passion. We were told real stories with an edge of pain from the owner. It's great that perseverance allowed beauty to shine again. We had a nice combination with shopping at Designer Outlet Roermond.

We spent an overnight stay here at the end of last year. Warmly received by the host Carl, who was always ready to answer any questions and help where necessary. Received a brief tour of the entire B&B, which is really well styled. It exudes luxury and at the same time it is very homely. We stayed in the most luxurious suite ourselves, which exceeded expectations. The only downside we can think of was the noise of the suite (single glazing) because the construction workers started early in the morning on that side of the street. But that's just a case of bad luck, there's little the host/hostess can do about it. The location is also a great base for exploring both Roermond and the city itself, for example going shopping in the nearby Designer Outlet. All in all: had a great stay!

Received a warm welcome upon arrival and had a very nice conversation.We first got a tour of the B&B and were allowed to admire it.Once we were shown to our room, we were very positive about how nice and compact this room was and after seeing our beautifully decorated room (room N3) we immediately went into the city.The moment you walk out the door you are already in the city and the outlet is a 5-minute walk away.Definitely recommended!And certainly value for money

Stayed in this beautiful B&B for the 2nd time! The rooms are beautiful and give a homely but luxurious feeling.We received a warm welcome and slept wonderfully again.Top location next to the outlet and right in the center.We will definitely come back for a 3rd time!

What a great B&B in the middle of the pleasant city of Roermond. Last weekend we gave ourselves this accommodation as a gift. In reality it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything has been decorated with love and style and no expense has been spared. Carl's welcome was also particularly warm and sincere. Unfortunately we did not meet the lady of the house, but her sense of style and finesse can be found in everything. We opted for 1 morning without and 1 morning with breakfast and it was a tasty and extensive buffet. In Roermond you can also have a very tasty and super cozy meal, and then roll straight into bed. A truly pampering weekend.

Dear host & hostess,On Sunday, December 18, it was time for my birthday that I was given an overnight stay with you.Impressed by the reception and then by the room, we started exploring the room.A nice present from my father was waiting.This beautiful drinks board with an alcoholic drink was for my birthday of “papa and sasje”.We reported this immediately, because this was not intended for us, so calling someone here a liar is not chic.A thousand apologies, this had been a mistake by the host, the hostess said!Everyone makes mistakes.The room is very noisy due to the single glazing.The host told us that he had had several discussions at the municipality because of this.And now, especially with the current energy prices, the municipality really had to move along. The host indicated that he regularly goes outside in the morning to ask the truck driver to stand up a little further.With the single glazing, the heat flew out like that, was the exact wording of the host.The situation as Mr. Meeuwissen describes is unfortunately the truth, Suite N1 is a noisy room.You indicate that a candle was offered by the host, this is correct.The host said: “I heard it's your birthday, here's a small present from us for you.”This was a wonderful gesture, but not for what you describe, compensation.What also shocked me is the response that Mr Meeuwissen received on Facebook, which has now been removed, so a photo has been added.

NB:HUGE NOISE POLLUTION, BAD NIGHT'S SLEEP in Suite No1!Unfortunately, in contrast to the often favorable reviews, we are forced to voice a negative opinion. Beautiful building and very friendly upon receipt.I ended up being woken up every half hour at night by a refrigerator turning on.In addition, woken up from 7 am on Monday morning by deliveries from Tielbeke to the opposite catering industry.Because it is all single glazing, you had the feeling as if you were staying in a busy distribution center or warehouse.The next morning I reported this to owner Erik, who said he was very upset about the single glass at the front of this monumental building...To compensate, we were given a cup of tea for breakfast (which we had received anyway).Ultimately posted a negative review because we believe that you should not come here for a good night's sleep. We are also surprised that this is hardly reflected in the reviews. Perhaps because it is a small-scale B&B with the favorable factor.However, we got to know Erik differently after sharing our feedback. I have added a photo of his reaction.
