Very kind hosts. My room were quipped with an AC and was fresh and clean! The backyard is VERY cozy with different places to hang around. They also have bunnies and a pig in the backyard area which make everything morr fun comparing to a dead and sterile ordinary hotel. They also had a good breakfast! ☺️ I hope I get a chance to visit this place again ☺️

It was our first time in a b&b. Very cozy and good B&B, hospitality is of paramount importance. Well maintained rooms and a very nice location. Highly recommended if you want to spend a day in Roermond.

A small, fine hotel, the owner was very friendly and you immediately felt welcome. Rooms were clean, tidy and well furnished. Breakfast was rather small, but everything you need was there.

We had a great experience staying at B&B Katoo! The owner was very friendly and did a fantastic jobs remodeling the property. Breakfast had a good variety with fresh food. If we are ever back in the area we will stay again and recommend to others!

We were guests at B&B Katoo with our motorcycle friends. What incredibly nice people!In the morning Esther prepared a well-organized breakfast.During the day we could make beautiful rides in all directions. the town of Linne is almost on the border with Germany.In the afternoon we came back after motorcycling and were able to recover from the ride while enjoying a cold beer, relaxing in their beautiful garden.The BBQ was lit and Esther turned out to be quite a good Pit Meister as a woman (a lame man joke). In the afternoon Ron will also be there, as a true entertainer he ensures that no one is left wanting for anything. After dinner, the fireplace can be lit. The location is also ideal when it comes to singing along off-key around the fireplace.Thank you very much for your hospitality and involvement.Greetings from Wagenberg

Great BenB. Perfect location. 5km from Roermond. So also easy to do by bike. Bicycle shed is nicely closed, as is the parking lot. Owners really care about the business. Super friendly.Rooms are good. Beds are good. Excellent breakfast.Had great days

Gosh, what a fantastic stay this is👍 everything taken care of down to the last detail.We rented the bungalow for a night for 6 people, including 2 kids.Great stay!!!The breakfast was also taken care of down to the last detail and Ester and Ron are very pleasant people who do everything they can to make you happy.Thank you very much from all of us from Bolsward 😘

Wonderful location for a short or long stay. Easily accessible, excellent room(s), neat, hygienic. Beautifully decorated, with attention and neat.All facilities available, including drinks, snacks, coffee, etc. Breakfast contains everything you need in the morning, vegetarian options have also been taken into account.Nice welcome, nice owner.Recommended, if we are in the area we will go here again.

We stayed here with my wife for 1 night. We first gave a time indication between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM, but we couldn't make it, so we called the owner and it was no problem to go between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM.Called upon arrival at the B&B and the owner came out and immediately walked to our parking lot and the room where we put our bag down and then went back to the living room to quietly drink tea and coffee and have a delicious meal after a good night's sleep. with freshly baked bread/croissant and many other foods, we will definitely come back with my friend on the motorcycles.Ps. Were there with family. The owner was super nice and helpful. The room is very large, the parking spaces are basically in the garden. Breakfast was manageable but everything was available and tasted very good. The beds were great!!! The coffee machine is always ready to go. When the weather is good you have the opportunity to sit in the garden, and if you want, you can also sit in the garden when the weather is bad

Super location, you can feel the love that the owners have put into it. If you don't want to leave, you can sit outside in the evenings. Owners very friendly and pleasant. Always up for a chat. Definitely worth repeating. Also take into account if you cannot eat certain things for breakfast. Beautiful area for cycling or walking. Roermond nearby. Highly recommended!
