We registered by phone and reserved a place for us. When we arrived the Paltz was no longer there and we were put in a place where a Punktock party was supposed to play all night long. After the fourth person came to us and asked us if we were sure about standing here with small children, we drove again. Paid 20 euros for free. It's a shame it could have been nice.Location was otherwise nice.They should have talked to us openly.

That's an insider tip. Super nice place with everything a “camper” needs. Glamping is not popular here. Super nice operators and staff. There is also a swimming area with clear water.

We celebrated a big birthday there for 3 days. However, due to the more “Jugengerberg-like” accommodations, we booked somewhere else (better).The operators were non-committal and not particularly friendly...However, the location and surroundings are recommended.

I can't say anything about the rooms as we were only there to party. The area is beautifully located by the lake. It's a bit of a walk to the bathing jetty, but it's worth it. You have peace and quiet there because it is not overcrowded.

Cozy campsite right on the lake where you can relax in the early season. Simple facilities and very nice owners. The prices here are also very affordable as a family.

The location is beautiful. Although the bungalows are quite close to each other, it is very quiet. The Pietsch family are kind-hearted people and always look after the well-being of their guests. There is no restaurant. Occasionally a small bar is open and you can get cold drinks and a very tasty bockwurst. What didn't work for us at all was the condition and furnishings of the basic bungalow. To put it nicely: the GDR charm was a bit too much for us. There were 6 beds, but no sofa, no bedside lamps, no bottle opener, no TV and no WiFi. Our conclusion is: It's certainly great for young people, but it's not really for the older generation.

We celebrated there for the first time 20 years ago. Afterwards every now and then with 80 to 120 guests. Great rustic location. The staff goes to great lengths to ensure that everyone is well supplied with food and drinks. We'd love to come back.
