Super modern camping site. Great sanitary facilities, very well-equipped kiosk and fair prices for fresh coffee and cake.I particularly liked the fact that rainwater is used for the toilets, most of the electricity comes from the roof when the sun is shining, there is a lot of emphasis on waste separation and there is heat recovery.We were there with four small tents (group of 4, water hiking) and used a space together.Sure, the place isn't cheap, but for the facilities and quality it's very appropriate and fair for Germany!I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area with my partner next year!

It was our first time at CP Höllensteinsee and we were very impressed. Clean and well-kept facility, very quiet. Modern, clean toilets and showers. An oasis of relaxation for all nature lovers who want to escape the stress and noise. We'd love to come back.

Nice place but grossly overpriced.Two nights in a camper for €179. You would also get a nice hotel room there. Beer from the machine €3The washrooms are nice, but the showers are already moldy. There are also only ceiling showers in the showers, which are so calcified that drizzle tends to come out.It was nice, but not again

Great campsite by the river 😄 very nice ambience and great washing and showers with underfloor heating, everything newly done 😍very nice campsite operators and the homemade pizzas were very tasty 🤤

Nice campsite. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Now to the negative experiences for me.1. There are no gas bottles for sale at the campsite.2. Emptying the chemical toilets is only possible outdoors, which is anything but pleasant when it is pouring rain.That's why I only give it 3 stars

The best sanitary facilities in the area have been described often enough. What should be highlighted is the beautiful location. Beautiful hikes and then cooling off in the black rain. Very tidy place with large plots. Here you will find a wide range of leisure activities during the day and absolute peace at night.

Very clean and well-kept place with new sanitary facilities... they are really star category and can only be accessed with a chip card.The booking system is the best around.Shopping for everything you need on site.The pitches are very large, only the row of lakes has more shade, otherwise the trees on the pitch simply have to grow even more.Access through some residential buildings is only one lane and narrow, so check-in only from 3 p.m....Swimming in Schwaren Regen was a dream in the heat in August!

Super nice campsite in the rain. We had a pitch right on the water and it was just fantastic. The sanitary facilities were the best I've ever seen at a campsite and are more modern than in some hotels. There is a well-stocked kiosk and you can sit in the small outdoor area in the evening with a drink.The only point that could perhaps be improved: the playground for children is really small and very spartan.

A great place, SUP and canoe rental possible, fishing possible, places right on the lake, 2 areas, with and without dogs. Dogs have an outdoor area and can go into the lake. New sanitary buildings from 2020 and apartments are available for rent. Vending machine available around the clock for meals, as well as bread service!

Very nice place, but just too expensive.Too few toilets, you should also think about a cleaning team.They are in nature, but you could remove the spider webs once a weekRound corners and cleanliness not tingly after cleaning.

Probably the most beautiful campsite I've been to so far. Very nice & modern sanitary facilities. The campsite itself is great. The direct location next to the rain ideally rounds off the beautiful picture. The staff were very friendly. Absolutely recommended! We'll be back.
