Rooms urgently need a renovation. The furniture is very old-fashioned. The breakfast is really too expensive at 15 euros per person per table, even if the scrambled eggs are freshly prepared. I've never seen cheese or sausage sliced so thinly before.

Family-run guest house in a quiet peripheral location - short distances to the thermal baths, which can also be easily reached with the local bus (stop in front of the house). Very warm welcome and support for all questions from the owner family. A very good and varied breakfast is offered in the rooms/apartments. A supermarket is within walking distance a few meters away.There are parking spaces directly at the house and a lockable bicycle shed can also be used. If you don't want to cook in your apartment in the evening, you'll find plenty of options in the surrounding restaurants and beer gardens. However, I would recommend a table reservation, especially at the weekend.From arrival to departure we felt very comfortable and welcome at Grabner.Thank you very much for that and see you soon.

I was here on business and can only recommend it. The rooms are not top modern, but they are very, very clean. Every room has a balcony and the breakfast is absolutely great!

very clean and tidy hotel, nice staff. Rooms are large but the furnishings are outdated. The breakfast for this small hotel is one of the best we have had on our many trips. Very positive. Good parking and good location. We were satisfied.

We stayed at the Aparthotel Grabner over the Easter holidays in 2024. Guys, it's really great, the rooms are great, the balcony is great and the breakfast buffet is absolutely awesome, such loving and rich food is worth more than 5 stars. The Grabner family is so friendly, we have already made reservations for 2025, we are already looking forward to it.The Grabner family keeps it up❤️🌞

We had a quiet room with a balcony and a small kitchenette. Breakfast rich and tasty. The Haslinger Hof, for example, can be reached on foot in 30 minutes.

We were here for the second time and can only recommend the accommodation. The family-run hotel is particularly suitable for those who value a personal and warm atmosphere. There is also something for everyone in the space available, whether single or double rooms, apartments or holiday homes. You can book breakfast as required or use the bread roll service

For our first stay in Bad Füssing, we hit the jackpot when we found the Aparthotel Grabner!In the family-run hotel we were able to enjoy a warm and friendly atmosphere.The service was perfect, the house was very well maintained and the “breakfast fairies” conjured up a rich breakfast every morning, which gave the guest house a very good price-performance ratio.Simply great and definitely worth recommending!We'd love to come back.

Everything fits in this aparthotel. Very friendly staff. The boss and junior boss are very friendly, we really enjoy coming to this aparthotel. The rooms are all tip top. The breakfast is very good and varied; different types of sausage and cheese, rolls, bread and sweet pastries are offered every morning. You can also find quark, yoghurt, dried fruit, muesli, cornflakes, eggs, various juices, fruit and a superbly made fruit salad on the breakfast buffet.

A really great, family hotel.We booked easily over the phone after not finding what we needed online. The phone call was just great, it seemed like everything was possible here ^^ My husband was in rehab here and without a car, when it came to him wanting to get the key, the key was simply brought to him shortly. (Thanks here again, a big one!!!). So that I could arrive late. Service is very important here.We were greeted very politely in the morning and my children also felt very comfortable here. We were attentively offered more pillows and blankets, which I would never have asked for, but my children were very grateful 😉.The breakfast was great and there was something for everyone. We were also recommended some great excursion destinations.There is a loving atmosphere. Price/performance is right!
