The new all-year-round pool further enhances the wellness area - great - definitely 5 stars for it! It's really nice to see that the Haslingerhof doesn't skim off, but instead invests in the well-being of its guests. We've been coming for years - improvements have been made with every stay. We liked the new pool so much that we extended it straight away ;-)

This is our fourth time in our absolute favorite hotel. The service, the staff and the friendliness are simply outstanding. My husband is in bed with a fever and can't go to dinner. An emergency package with tea, crispbread, a thermos flask,... was immediately sent to our room. Thank you for your kind support :)From our side we would like to thank you very much for your time(s) here. We'll definitely come back.

We went to the self-service restaurant for the first time on October 26th, 2024 following a recommendation. It's impossible to describe the disappointment we encountered in this sometimes unfriendly but very impersonal canteen atmosphere. There were two of us and we had to fight our way through several rows of display cases and barriers to finally get to the meat counter that was set up somewhere in the middle. I asked for a lactose-free sauce - which surprised the local chef and he replied that only the gravy would come into question. Normally you would expect the side dishes to be arranged alongside the meat. But they could be found off to the side. When we wanted to eat the side dishes, the chef rudely asked us not to do so because the meat would take 6 minutes. We think you can say all of this beforehand and in a friendly tone. After we were pretty annoyed and had actually lost our appetite, the big shock came at the checkout. The meat itself, mind you, just a single lumberjack steak, cost a whopping €13.00. We were asked to place each plate individually on the scales. I almost dropped my plate in shock because in the end the price was completely overpriced at almost €67.00 for both of us. Considering that you have to carry the food to the table yourself and the service staff only clears the plates, this price is grossly overpriced. The seating ambience was also not comfortable, it was drafty and we felt like we were in a large kitchen or canteen. After that I lost the desire to visit the tame animals! No, we won't come back - promise!

Best experience gastronomy concept ever, that was once upon a time. Unfortunately a lot has changed. It's a shame about that...

It's a shame that this beautiful meeting place suffered so much. The whole atmosphere is gone. We just wanted to eat and went back to Bad Füssing for the second time.

There wasn't much going on today, Tuesday, and the live music ended shortly after 11 p.m. You have to pick up drinks yourself at the counter.

A very friendly staff, the ability to easily reach other places, the range of relaxation areas - everything here made me want to stay here... or at least come back.
