We were invited to a family celebration here. The service is great and the food was outstanding. A nice location in the village. The inn is idyllically located in the town center and has a cozy outdoor area in front of the house.There is plenty of parking space behind the house.All highly recommended

Great legga.Was just there for the first time. As a child I always said that when I opened a restaurant I would only put a handful of dishes on the menu and they would be served pronto and fresco. That's exactly how they do it here and it's optimal.The fried potato salad and the apple onion cream together are so good.

I can't say anything about the rooms, we celebrated a wedding there. The location is large and cozy. The staff is friendly and always tries to fulfill your wishes. However, better ventilation could be provided. The room heated up quickly.

We started our 2024 Lauenburg'schen Teller season this year at the Gasthof Basedau. Braised veal cheeks in red wine jus, almond broccoli and homemade napkin dumplings. For dessert, lava chocolate cake with ice cream on a fruit sauce. It was again very, very tasty.

We celebrated my daughter's wedding here in a small setting. A wonderful day. The blue room was perfect for the number of guests. The service was very nice and attentive and never intrusive. The menu was super tasty. The wedding soup was amazing. Three types of meat grilled to perfection. Vegetables varied and not overcooked. Great dessert. Overall a great meal. As a coffee junkie, I have to say that I have rarely had better coffee anywhere. An unforgettable day. Thank you for that.

We celebrated our son's confirmation at the inn. We and the whole family have been regular guests there for decades.From the preliminary discussion to the implementation, everything was once again perfect! The food is always of the best quality, the service is very professional and unobtrusive, and the ambience is very dignified. We can highly recommend Mr. Ave and his team! Here you still know your stuff and make the customer feel important. Luckily there are still such inns!

My colleague and I were booked as a singer for a private party in the ballroom and I felt very comfortable. Very attentive staff, extremely helpful and very friendly. The food was great, the decoration was lovely - all in all an absolutely successful evening. I would love to come back - even privately.
