The hotel is simply beautiful and the apartments are modern and stylish with lots of great design elements. The family atmosphere is particularly noteworthy – you immediately feel welcome! The entire team is incredibly friendly and helpful, you can tell that they care about the well-being of their guests. We felt completely comfortable. Absolutely recommended!

We were curious and took a look at the Engelwirt. The building has been really beautifully renovated and the location in the city is of course also suitable. We were a bit shocked at the prices charged here for coffee, espresso or beer. €3.20 for an espresso or €4.80 for a beer is really hefty. The crowning glory is water from the tap, 0.5 liters for two euros.We can't judge the rooms because we didn't stay here overnight. All in all, quite successful but at a price level that, in my opinion, is not appropriate for Berching.

We stayed at the new Engelwirt in Berching: what a great concept. Color, art at its best, favorite furniture everywhere in the old walls - and run with the greatest warmth. It doesn't really get any better!Berching is pretty, the Engelwirt is a sensation.

You have really managed to create something wonderful at the Engelwirt, which opens up Berching in a very fine way. You feel like you're going far out and at the same time the world is coming in.

The Engelwirt in Berching is an absolute recommendation. Fantastically decorated rooms and breathtaking art. There is also a family atmosphere that makes you feel at home. If you wish, you can also get a very tasty breakfast. We'll definitely come back

The Engelwirt in Berching is sensational. Design meets architecture, design and architecture meet art and all in an absolutely feel-good atmosphere. You don't want to leave anymore. Every apartment or room is a dream, beautiful and individual, every detail is an eye-catcher. The inner courtyard with garden is an oasis of peace. And the hosts are just as loving as the whole atmosphere. I have traveled a lot but it is very rare to find something like the Engelwirt. I wish you much success. Erich Spahn

The Engelwirt in Berching is a dream that has come true. Pure atmosphere! The apartments and rooms are individual and unique, with interior design to the point. Each residential unit offers a special surprise and individual flair. We could hardly decide on one of the offers, plus the perfect WiFi connection and high-quality and generously equipped kitchen. The small, charming shop with regional products, the café with sweet culinary delicacies, the combination of design and vintage, the ancient, wonderfully renovated main house, probably from the Baroque period... Beautiful to cry. The service was extremely accommodating. The inner courtyard is shielding, protected, shaded by the green of Mediterranean and native plants - an oasis of well-being. We will be back!

I can only agree with the previous reviews. This house is a real dream. The rooms couldn't be nicer and of higher quality. Located in the middle of Berching, this gem is a dream place. We spent 3 days in this enchanting place, enjoying art, books and interiors. The staff is lovely. There are delicious homemade cakes in the courtyard – and exceptionally good coffee. :-)The breakfast is delicious and has everything your heart desires.I would give it a 12/10 if I could. Absolutely recommended!All around a perfect stay!

The hotel was the wrong choice for my business trip. Parking spaces are advertised, but they are 1/2 km outside and are public.The room was very interesting and unusually decorated. Unfortunately, the “desk” was so small that a laptop couldn’t even fit on it.One of the blankets was very dirty. There was no trash can in the bathroom or the entire room.The breakfast was spartan but expensive. The staff, however, was very friendly.This hotel may be right for some guests, but definitely not for me. For half the asking price it would be a 3.5-4.0 rating.

In short: a dream. We have been able to enjoy this extremely tasteful and architecturally successful project over the last few days and are completely blown away. Everyone involved in the implementation can only be congratulated at this point. A showcase project that, in addition to its flair for space and color, is also characterized by exceptionally tasteful furnishings. In this house you can indulge in architecture, design and art. The small shop in the entrance area rounds off the concept with selected regional and many high-quality handcrafted products.Our stay was great and we felt more than comfortable from the first minute. Conclusion: we would have preferred to follow the motto “Come to stay” and stay there.The warm hospitality of Ms. Zink and her team is also worth highlighting: simply unique. You definitely shouldn't miss the homemade cakes and a brilliant coffee in the in-house café (which is also open to non-guests). Thank you for the wonderful days.

I was in Berching with a friend over the weekend. I found out about the new opening, found the pictures and the website really appealing and booked straight away.When we arrived I was more than positively thrilled.The stay was a 10 out of 10.We felt so comfortable and at home. The energy in the house is unique, the staff is warmly accommodating and the furnishings are incredibly tasteful and coordinated.I booked again for July! Thank you for the great days ♥️
