Comfortable hotel located in a beautiful park. Comfortable and very clean rooms. Shower a little small and above all excessively slippery. Bright restaurant room, beautiful decor, small buffet, but quality and impeccable service. Very fair price.

Room nice. Beds good, although a bit narrow. Clean. Parking free. Rooms were probably assigned twice, so we scared the hell out of a sleeping elderly couple at night with the code we received by email! This is bad! Luckily I was able to reach someone by phone at night and luckily there was one last room available, otherwise we would have been stranded in the parking lot at night despite having paid for the room! Because of Chio all the hotels were full.The fact that the other room had four beds and was more expensive than our double room didn't benefit us because we only needed two.No response to my complaint - email, no apology, I don't think that's ok. Otherwise we might have booked again anyway.The swimming pool is closed, which was not stated on the homepage, booking, email or hotel folder.Not good.Breakfast buffet clear. We only saw the employee at breakfast; the reception was never occupied during our stay.After a party with a band in the restaurant's neighboring beer garden ended, it was quiet from about 12:30 onwards.Parking is free, we were lucky to find one last parking space at night. Reservation is not possible. Apparently party guests had also parked there.Location of the hotel is good, next to a park.Breakfast buffet clear. Small coffee cups = a lot of walking.

If you want really awful service, this is the place to be.No information received on how to enter the hotel. Nobody answers the phone during normal checkin times, which feels good standing outside the door in the cold, like on a Saturday 15:30 before trying 10 times calling. Followed by unfriendly guidance and even aquisitions.Nice was, that it was even cold inside because the heaters were turned off and the remote on the wall useless.If you dont have a need to be anywhere close. Don't book.
