Great location with a view of Lake Constance. Very spacious rooms with balconies and windows and a totally quiet location. Breakfast is all there and every wish is fulfilled upon request. There are parking spaces, but since the cars are getting bigger, not everyone can fit there.We were standing there late in the evening and now where to go, no more space for our car...

I stayed in a family room at a guesthouse located on Lake Constance.It was a very beautiful room, and the balcony, room, and scenery were all great. They answered the phone kindly.This is a place I would like to give more than 5 stars.Walk, bike, swim and run near Lake Constance.It's a great place for swimming.It was a happy accommodation.

Top central location for activities around Lake Constance. Rooms very spacious, with a view of Lake Constance. Breakfast was completely sufficient and super warm and accommodating hosts (represented by the homeowner's son and family). We'd love to come back when we're nearby!

Great and large room at an absolutely fair price. Very nice family that runs the house.A great view directly onto Lake Überlingen (upper arm of Lake Constance)The location is great. Less than 10 minutes to the local promenade with good restaurants and you can get to Überlingen within 10 minutes by train.You can start the day strengthened with a good breakfast.Always recommended!!!

Super great guest house. Located a little above Sipplingen, but still central. You can see the lake from the balcony. Very large and clean rooms. Really lovely and helpful hostess (you immediately feel like you're at mom's). Delicious breakfast. I can only recommend this accommodation.

A very nicely located guest house with large rooms and each room with a balcony, either side or front, overlooking the lake.The breakfast that was booked was simply great, no wish was left unfulfilled, including the communication with the guesthouse operator, who is always available to help and assist if there are any questions or problems.Highly recommended!

We stayed with the Kempf family for a long weekend in May. And what can we say... Five stars is still not enough! We traveled on motorbikes and it was clear that we would arrive after check-in time. I discussed this with Ms. Kempf on the phone beforehand and she assured me that it wasn't a problem, that I should just report to the last stop before Sipplingen. When we arrived around 8 p.m. she even offered us her garage so that the motorcycles didn't have to be on the street. That's what I call a service! About the room: large, cozy rooms with a great view of the town and part of Lake Constance. The breakfast was always freshly prepared from 8 a.m. and was more than filling. If you haven't found anything for yourself, you'll probably never be able to do it right. All in all, a great place to stay and we are already looking forward to next year!

We stayed in the guest house for 3 nights.I have the following points of criticism:- I would have been happy about vegan alternatives for breakfast (e.g. oat milk and/or hummus or other spreads)- once there was a hair on the cheese at breakfast- Once we came back, a pair of used panties were on the floor in the stairwell- a stand to hang towels on the balcony would be great- the WiFi is slowHowever, overall we all enjoyed our stay and would come again. We have the following to rate positively:- the hostess was extremely friendly- received very great tips from the hostess- great location of the property: close to the beach but also close to the train station and restaurants- good room size- fair price/performance ratioThanks for the nice days!

Very nice location for the view of the lake and the mountain depending on the rooms. And to go hiking.The rooms are large and spacious and very clean.A refrigerator is available when not in the rooms.The breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful.The service is very good.The welcome is warm while remaining discreet.I warmly thank the owner of the establishment for her presence, her availability and her help.Carole Roy.

It was an unfortunately short stay in this house. Wonderfully located on a hillside with a view of the lake. Very nice hostess and rich breakfast. A playground right next to the house is ideal.I would like to book another holiday on Lake Constance.
