This hotel is very comfortable, we did Erasmus project and came to Germany, Krefeld, and we stayed here we were about 6 people and everyone was very happy and positive about this hotel, thanks for great assistance ❤️🇩🇪❤️

That was the case in 2020, see photos. I can't say whether it's still the case today.Missing smoke detectors, dirty furniture and tables, moldy shower curtain, broken towel rack, missing light bulbs. Some things could be fixed by reporting. Unfortunately, others were not seen or fixed by cleaning staff during the entire stay. Kitchen equipment left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was ok, although not varied. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The "hotel" is the third floor of a building near the train station. After I had explicitly confirmed that I had booked a quiet room, I was given a room that, on the one hand, faced directly towards the train station/tram (where there was a rather unpleasant clientele hanging around in front of the hotel) - and, on the other hand, was directly in the hallway in front of the reception. Very loud.The TV was set incorrectly, so a search had to be carried out first. Rooms are more of the “dusty” type, but at least they are clean.Unfortunately we arrived late so there was no one there to ask for another room.When I told the lady at reception the next morning that I wasn't satisfied: "We must have overlooked the fact that you wanted a quiet room." Not a word of regret, nothing.No recommendation, neither from the “hotel” nor from the “service”.

It's sad that you don't get any feedback when you stand in front of the hotel at 11 p.m. and want another room. Just as terrible as Deutsche Bahn. When I rang the bell and urgently needed a room, no one answered or answered the phone.Kind regards

We were there over the weekend and were pleasantly surprised, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the underground car park was great 🔝 & we can only recommend the service was great.

An okay, well-equipped hotel in a very good location right next to Krefeld main train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful.However, the rooms were much too warm, especially in summer. It could be ventilated, but of course there was a lot of noise from the city center and only a little air could get through the fly screen. Upon request, a fan was given, but that didn't help much. We didn't get much sleep.

The hotel itself is totally okay for the price and the location at the main station is great, but of course very noisy.But don't book a room here in summer!! There is no air conditioning and the room cannot be ventilated well, so it doesn't cool down even at night. It was super hot and stuffy, making it almost impossible to sleep.

Room 11 is directly opposite the reception. Despite the intermediate door being closed, you can hear the telephone ringing and voices from the reception area. This won't be the case if the room is further away. A cozy evening watching TV was planned. TV was not ready for reception. I don't understand why something like this isn't checked in advance, just like the cleanliness of the bathroom, the function of the lighting, etc. are checked.I was offered a refund for the overnight stay, but I declined. For me, money can't make up for a messy evening.

Excellent hotel on the 3rd floor within walking distance of the Helios Clinic. You can park your car in the underground parking garage. It's nice in a busy station area. The room is not large but fully equipped. Clean sanitary facilities and wonderful beds. Friendly staff. Excellent price-quality ratio.

The rooms are clean and tidy, as is the bathroom. A small refrigerator is built into the desk.The bed was really nice, the blankets long enough for tall people to cover themselves from neck to toe and there are 2 pillows per person. Slept very well.There are 3 parking spaces around the corner for large vans and there is also an underground car park.Gets 5 stars from me.

So my stay isn't over yet but the hotel is very clean and well maintained.I'm in room 17 and completely satisfied.And breakfast tomorrow will be just as good. So one thing is certain: I'll check into this hotel again.

Service employee tried to appear positive. TV remote control was missing, light in the hall was broken. Lamp next to left bed, broken. Noise from the trams and homeless people who have had a lot to drink.

Great hotel for an overnight stay in the center of Krefeld.The room is simple, a bit noisy, but fine for the not too demanding traveler. The bed sleeps wonderfully, the bathroom is small but the shower is fine. Breakfast is not too extensive, but something for everyone. Scrambled eggs really delicious. Not that ready-made juice, but a real egg, deliciously fried!Employees are extremely friendly and helpful and park under the hotel in the (tight) parking garage.

An older navigation system would like to send you across the station forecourt when you arrive by car. Watch out. Otherwise the hotel was easy to find. The employees were very friendly and the process was well prepared. Our room (located near the train station) was small, but everything we needed was there. The beds comfortable. Everything is older, but clean. The breakfast also offers everything you need. Very nicely prepared. A parking garage is available for parking. Very centrally located and absolutely recommended. Price/performance ratio fits. We'd love to come back.

The rooms were okay in terms of size and furnishings.The floor is covered with a fleece carpet, so I thought about how hygienic it was. The carpet also had several stains.When we arrived in our room there was a used tissue on the floor.I wouldn't necessarily recommend the hotel, but I didn't expect more for the price.

So I can only say good things about the small but very inconspicuous hotel. It's right next to the Krefeld train station and yes it is louder there but you know that if you book at a main station. The reception was manned from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and I have to say that the staff was very, very nice, it didn't matter what you came with, they would help me as best as possible. The room was clean, the beds were super comfortable and there's nothing to complain about. Yes, the entrance was really strange and at first I thought I was in the wrong film, but the space was well used and why not a hotel on the 3rd floor. I myself wasn't feeling so well these days and was kindly given a kettle (upon request) and asked if they could make me some tea and I was given 2 chamomile and peppermint, which I thought was really nice. I would always stay there again; I have had dirtier and less friendly 5 star hotels. The breakfast was delicious and very fresh... basically nothing was missing if you aren't particularly fussy :) there was even scrambled eggs. In summary, nice, clean, tasty, accommodating, a little louder at night (Hbh)
