I stayed at the Hotel Villa Toskana with 23 colleagues for the first time in October as part of a team event. The room was very nice, the bed was excellent, the lunch buffet was first class, as was the breakfast buffet. You can take the tram to Heidelberg in 5 minutes on foot. I noticed very positively that all the employees in all areas are very friendly and helpful and have a very positive attitude towards the guests!!!

The name says it all, no matter which of the houses. Tastefully furnished, beds are comfortable and everything is tip top.Unfortunately, breakfast cannot be rated as it was not used.The location borders on a small industrial area, which can sometimes make finding a parking space difficult (if the hotel's own ones are full).I've stayed overnight in the verse several times. houses and always happy

So far, the room/eat has always been like that… Nothing good, but you got by.On the night of October 9th to October 10th, 2024, there was an employee at the reception (arrival at 1 a.m., 500 km away, I had called + email beforehand) who 1. hardly spoke any German and 2. was completely incompetent in other respects and seemed useless... a shame - I couldn't get help until the next morning when the ladies were back, they know what they're doing.

We had 2 nights in a comfort double room. The location of the hotel is great! Very quiet, but not far to the bus stop. There are also plenty of parking spaces around the hotel.The whole hotel complex has a nice Italian flair. Everything is really chic and there are many opportunities to relax: seating areas, sofas, armchairs, etc.Our room was very large and had a nice view of the inner courtyard.Bed was very comfortable.Sauna area was quite sufficient, there was also a nice tea corner there.We didn't book breakfast, so no comment.Conclusion: great value for money and highly recommended!

So, very mixed impression of this hotel. On the one hand, super nice and friendly staff.We had a junior suite. Very large and modern, but completely bare walls, very sparsely furnished. Which is all the more surprising since the restaurants are lavishly decorated with pictures, mostly in the Mediterranean style.But you also have to know that this is an event hotel (at least during the week?). What bothered us about it? Quite simply, the NON-EXISTENT spatial and acoustic separation of private travelers from precisely these events. The same game every night. The "fight" with at least 60-70 people over the buffet and the loudness of the event guests, which left no atmosphere in the restaurant. The “crowning moment” was on the first evening. Despite reservations for 7.30 p.m.!!!!!! The buffet was literally completely emptied. It was only thanks to the restaurant manager that the kitchen did its magic especially for us.I don't have to do that to myself on vacation.On the day of departure, Saturday, the same game at breakfast.We wanted to start our journey home relaxed. None, we had trouble making our way through the crowds. Not possible in a 4.5 star hotel.Believe us, we visit at least two hotels of this category every year, but we have never experienced anything like this.The undoubtedly great staff is of no use, which I would definitely like to emphasize here.

Nice, hygienic hotel, friendly staff, reception staffed 24 hours a day, which is advantageous if you're at a wedding and arrive late. We booked with a child and an extra bed was also provided.

Nice hotel, nice ambience, high quality facilities. Breakfast buffet top. However, we had a room in the Casa Piazza (Executive) which faced the cement factory and the busy industrial area road. The room was a bit warm (air conditioning?) and due to the constant traffic, it didn't make sense to leave the window/patio door open. The garden in the back was quiet and there are chilled out seating areas everywhere.

For a hotel in the middle of a commercial area, the courtyard is beautifully designed and there is actually some Tuscan flair. The rooms also exude Italian simplicity, but are sometimes impractical in terms of the availability of sockets/light switches. The breakfast buffet offers a good standard without any special features. However, price/performance is close to the limit. Overall, it's still enough for 4 Google stars in my opinion.

So far everything was fine. Nice hotel with a well-designed outdoor area where you can relax when the weather is nice. The wine bar also gave us a lovely wine evening. Unfortunately we didn't make it to the spa area in time. The staff tried very hard. However, there is a deduction because, despite requests, no one made sure that the room was vacuumed because beetles had gotten in through the patio window. We also expected better performance from cleaning staff.

The hotel rooms (executive) are nice and spacious. However, we had a problem right from the start. We specifically asked not to have alcohol in the minibar. We were promised it, but we still had beer. A large lamp in a fairly dark room would be nice.The dinner in the restaurant was mediocre, value for money was rather sola. The potato and cucumber salad for 6.50 euros is rather underground.Breakfast was good, the selection was ok. Unfortunately no cappuccino or anything similar, just black coffee on the tables.The staff was friendly. But for the overall price you can expect something different.

First of all I have to say that it is a beautiful hotel and once the pool is finished, the prices might be justified. We weren't so lucky with our room, we booked a comfort double room for 2 nights at the end of August. I would have liked to go back home after the first night, there is no air conditioning in this category, as it faces south. My husband and I travel a lot and much cheaper hotels had air conditioning. In the hallway to the room there was a smell of newly laid carpet. You could still see the pencil marks everywhere on the walls in the hallway. There were dark stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and when I went into the shower I almost had the sliding door in my hand. If you were cleaning the room as a cleaner, you should have seen it and reported it. Another minus point is that the rooms are only cleaned every 2 days. You can do it...but not for this price.We will definitely never sleep there again.I can say that the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, hence the 5 stars for service.The food was excellent, there was nothing wrong with it either, it was perfect!
