Only advantages - good value for money, the kitchen is equipped, only in winter there may be no heater in the kitchen and the siphons get clogged. The rest is OK. Unfortunately, the walls are not well soundproofed.

We had night shift, no parking on the streets between 5:00 and 6:00 was unsuitable for us. Parking is available during the day.Small bakery opposite.Wh.1 nice large TV, coffee machine needs to be replaced.

Well suited for those who are only there in the evening and go straight to bed after the bathWe liked:Access to the house and apartment via PIN code.We were in apartment number 5 on the 2nd floor.The old house and apartment have been relatively recently renovated.Good beds.The eye-catcher is the very large 48" television in the bedroom, which didn't work.We booked for two nights and the price was ok. H.v. €40 per night is fine.We didn't like:The equipment, such as floors, tables and cupboards, as well as "operating elements" such as fittings, doors, etc., are rather "cheap", shaky and put together in an amateur way - the main thing is that something is there and works somehow.There is only one heater in the bedroom, none in the kitchen, a towel radiator in the bathroom - not exactly cozy when it's -6 degrees outside.In the bathroom under the sink, the wastewater easily runs down the tiles and collects on the tiles.The bathtub has no curtain/partition, the fan above is annoyingly loud.The WiFi is horribly slow and unusable.The 48" TV didn't have any channels that you could watch.No coffee machine, no toaster (should be available according to the equipment list), only a kettle.Extractor hood doesn't work, neither does the light.Only 1 cooking pot available, but 11 coffee cups :-)The cutlery drawer fell on the floor because it wasn't locked.

No organized service, very unprofessional! We inquired about an apartment by phone two months before the desired booking date. We were instructed to write our request by email. After somewhat unclear answers from the service, we were told to contact us one hour before arrival on the day of arrival. When we called, they suddenly said there was neither an apartment available nor anything reserved. As it turned out, a colleague allegedly forgot to reserve her inquiries before her vacation and because her vacation was extended she couldn't be reached. No online booking or reservation possible, poor communication. Renting an apartment looks different for me!

Stayed here for one weekend. Perfect location for seeing Dusseldorf, just 20 min by car. WE were a family of 4 so the apartment was a great size with all the amenities we needed. It was clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen contained anything you might have needed. The place was a perfect location to go around everywhere in the evening to see the city lights and surroundings, and not so expensive as main city Dusseldorf.
