I redeemed my voucher (2 adults plus 1 child!) and I am/are more or less totally disappointed.👎1. When we arrived we were greeted rather coldly and very curtly by the receptionist. She gave the feeling of not wanting to have anything to do with the guests.👎2. The room is nice but there was dust on the rotary television and strange hair in the bed!👎3. The hotel, as it turned out, primarily welcomes an older crowd. All the more incomprehensible are the light switches in the room, which are of normal size and have 6 functions and apply to 3 areas! This is unreadable, (font size!), appropriate! You just keep messing around until you get the light you want!👎4. The shower, equipped with a rain shower and hand shower, is also difficult. A REGLERWALD smiles at you on the wall! There are controls for the type of shower you want and then additional controls for the temperature, these even prove to be dangerous. A challenge until everything is set. If you make a mistake, like my 8 year old granddaughter who is used to showering herself, you can easily burn yourself here! So: completely UNSUITABLE for children and old people!👎5. The signs for the thermal baths and the wellness area are poorly written and more than confusing, even incorrectly placed. Here we wandered around like stupid people.👎5. The breakfast is very good, the dinner too, but too much. So you should first go to the salad bar, then you will be served a starter, then a soup, then the warm main course and then the dessert. This is well-intentioned but in any case too lavish! The Wutstsalat, where the sausage is sliced too thickly, is always present at the lunch buffet!👍 6. The staff in the restaurant area is really great, you probably won't find them like that anymore. They are old school, always ready for a joke and very attentive. GREAT!😉👍6. Therme 1 is great and very pleasant.👉7. Unfortunately I have to criticize the Restaurant d'Kuchl located there. The toast I ordered was still cold and bone dry inside! I'm particularly sorry about this because the manager is a really nice person!👍8. The treatments such as massages are a dream. More than recommended.👍9.The current construction site isn't bothersome at all, everything is well organized!CONCLUSION: GROW THROUGH and let's hope it's the mistakesbe resolved! 🙏

We were in Holzapfel for the first time at the beginning of August.I would also like to mention how we viewed the hotel in October last year.We wanted to see the rooms and we were shown different rooms so we could look at everything at our leisure. that was very friendly and nice.We decided on this year at very short notice and I immediately inquired by phone and got a good offer.We booked the room in the spa and wellness hotel and were not disappointed. A very nice, very clean and stylishly furnished room.I also found it very quiet, I didn't hear any other guests leaving their room, for example.The bed, my dreams were wonderful and my back noticed almost no difference from home.The bathroom was very spacious and the walk-in rain shower was great.In the restaurant we had a table not far from the terrace, a very nice place. Since it was quite hot, we wanted to sit outside and that was possible the next evening.The service in the restaurant, very friendly and very professional. Always available for a little chat, no matter whether you're 20 or 80, great how it works.I also think it's very good that entry to Therme 1 is included. The thermal baths are also a good choice, but the hotel's own area is also very nice.The spa area is very tastefully decorated, I can well imagine the hotel decorated in autumn/winter.At the time of Corona, there was no problem with the mask. Gloves were worn on both hands at the breakfast buffet and at the salad buffet in the evening.I felt very comfortable in the hotel and will be a repeat offender.

We spent Easter here. Hotel is great, friendly attentive service, great breakfast, even fresh egg dishes are prepared to order, everything is of very good quality, no wish is left unfulfilled. The bar has a varied selection of drinks in the evening. Rooms clean and comfortable, large balcony, separate toilet, good solution. The bathrobe aisle is beautifully designed, beautifully tiled, display cases, pictures, sofas in great colors... And also wheelchair accessible. Well thought out. We have already visited the Therne several times, wonderfully soothing water, but the direct access from the hotel is the icing on the cake

Very nice hotel. The thermal spa is ideal, the staff is really pleasant and friendly and will read your every wish. Everything is 1A clean and you can have a wonderful time in the restaurant. We spent a very relaxing 2.5 days here. Absolute recommendation 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We've been there a few times and booked through an online provider. So far everything has always been ok. The wellness area is now being renovated and is closed. Now the hotel wants a 20€ surcharge from those who book from the online provider so that they can go to the thermal baths, while this is the case for direct bookers and the price is similar across both platforms. So pay more for less performance.
