I stayed at Ruthellen's Home several times in October because my husband was having surgery at the nearby clinic. It was only a 10 minute walk to the clinic.The house is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area of Planegg, it is only about 15 minutes on foot to the town center and the S-Bahn station to Munich. There is a nice Italian restaurant next to the tennis court in the immediate vicinity, about a 5-minute walk.The rooms are quiet and individually furnished with a large, beautiful bathroom and balcony, everything was very nice and clean, I felt very comfortable. There are enough parking spaces on the street.Breakfast is lovingly prepared by Ms. Lerche herself. It's an absolute stunner, no wishes are left unfulfilled, from fruit salad to sausage and cheese to fried eggs and great, homemade jam, as well as a large selection of different types of bread. Every day there is a small, homemade treat for your health.Thank you very much, dear Ms. Lerche, also for the interesting discussions and health information.

We stayed several days and the place offered us the rest we needed. The owner is very friendly, detail-oriented and decisive, she takes care of every last detail of the decoration, cleaning and preparing the breakfast, which only includes high-quality regional products. Highly recommended.

We were very lucky to find this accommodation. The rooms are curious in style, very nice and cozy, and everything is very clean. In addition, the rooms look out onto a large garden that is beautiful and very natural.The owner is very friendly and pleasant, she prepares breakfast for each guest in the morning at the time we want.The breakfast is magnificent, with very high quality BIO and typical German products. I've never had so much breakfast! There is coffee or tea, and the food and bread changes every day. There were sometimes cured or smoked hams, cheese, fruit salad, orange juice, etc.During breakfast, you are in a spacious and luxurious two-story room, fantastically decorated, and the rays of light come through the window drawing a beautiful rainbow.The owner is a native German, but knows how to speak both Spanish and English.During many breakfasts, he stayed with us for a while to talk and recommended nearby places to visit (supermarket, clothing stores) or events.It is true that the house is on the outskirts of the city, but the connectivity is excellent. In Munich it takes a long time to get anywhere too. Furthermore, I consider that the tranquility is worth it.In short, highly recommended!

A well-maintained, clean, large house with different Mediterranean furnishings. Very good breakfast, prepared with a lot of love and interest in the guest. Homemade jam, regional sausage and cheese. The hostess impresses with her good knowledge of people and is always in a good mood, which is why this accommodation is highly recommended. S-Bahn is nearby, as is a shopping street.There are also tips for things to do. We'd be happy to come back next time we're near Munich. Thank you very much Ms. Lerche and greetings to your husband.

All I can say is 5 stars PLUS!I rented Ruthellen's Home for a week in mid-June because my husband had an operation in the nearby clinic and I wanted to visit him every day.Beautiful house in wonderfully quiet and green surroundings.Ms. Lerche welcomed me in an incredibly friendly and warm-hearted manner; the room with a balcony in the countryside was very nice and clean. The breakfast was TOP - from fruit salad to sausage and cheese to scrambled eggs - everything in the best, regional quality. And every day a little goodie from your own kitchen :-). Price/performance ratio very good.All I can say is: I felt completely comfortable and well looked after. It couldn't have been better in my situation. Thank you very much, dear Ms. Lerche! I will definitely come back when I'm in Munich again.

Family atmosphere in a quiet residential area. A bit difficult to find and off the beaten track. After all, there is the s'Hüttel (clubhouse) nearby. You can eat there in the evening.
