The website and the presentation on the booking portals do not correspond in the slightest to reality. A former old office building complex has been partially converted into this terribly unhygienic cheap hotel.Since we wanted to check out early the next day, I left my credit card as security when checking in. A big mistake!But the real drama was the room. Musty, damp with cold cigarette smoke.Then the horror!Only one side of the double bed was freshly made, there was hair everywhere (see photos!), exactly the same in the bathroom, hair everywhere (see photos).But the absolute lowest point had not yet been reached!The toilet had not been cleaned properly and was speckled with dried residue (see photo)!!!!Terrible, disgusting!We immediately informed the reception about the incredible condition of the room and checked out. However, the employee at the reception was completely overwhelmed and helpless, no management could be reached, nor were they able to credit the amount back to my credit card. My impression is that there are no professional staff but rather unskilled assistants.The operator also lacks seriousness and professionalism, because there was no credit on my credit card, nor did the hotel respond to my emails!I'll probably have to get my lawyer involved.

The room itself is fine.The audience is very negative (loud music, loud shouting, dubious characters). In addition, the parking lot is relatively far from the hotel entrance and there is no lighting on the premises. It's a matter of luck whether you step in dog poop or not.

The room we rented may have been unoccupied for a while, so there was some dust, but overall it was clean. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also very rich and delicious!

We spent one night here while passing through and absolutely loved it! The room was very tastefully decorated, absolutely clean and had very good beds. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and absolutely tastefully presented. Nothing was left to be desired for us. The staff was extremely friendly throughout the house. The price-performance ratio is great!!A small negative point is the immediate surroundings of the hotel. It's a shame that the park sometimes makes a very unkempt impression (which of course has nothing to do with the hotel).A little tip: we had dinner in the evening at the Old Train Station, which is within walking distance, and can highly recommend the restaurant!

We had an overnight stay in this house. At first I had some doubts, but these were almost dismissed at reception by the extremely friendly staff. The room was very nicely decorated and very large. In addition, everything was very clean. The very rich and tasty breakfast buffet rounded everything off. If you are looking for a cheap but great hotel, this is the right place. The S-Bahn connection to the city can also be reached in five minutes. Very happy again.

Parts of the entire building give the impression of a lost place. The heating didn't work and it was very cold in the room. Instead of dealing with it openly, we were offered a room change in which everything supposedly worked. Since the central heating was still turned off and the air conditioning, contrary to what was stated, only cools and not warms, it was just as cold there. Rooms were OK.

Despite renovation, the whole building and the surrounding area looks run down; the balcony has no seating, only one chair in the double room. At night just before 4 a.m. there was a fire alarm, we stood outside for a long time, the staff was totally overwhelmed. No explanation of what was going on or apology.
