It is wonderful, you can walk quietly or by bike, the air is clean, the accommodation is convenient, the appliances are equipped with everything you need if you want to cook.For me it was like a dream come true

We stayed at the Bellevue Residence in Zinnowitz for a week in June 2021. The holiday apartment had enough space for two people, two balconies, was attractively furnished and very quiet. The beach was easily reached on foot in about 15 to 20 minutes. The apartment is only partially suitable for older people, as access to the shower has to be done over the high edge of the bathtub. Furthermore, there was no insect protection on the windows, so you are hardly protected from stinging insects, especially at night. Nevertheless, we can draw an extremely positive conclusion and would be happy to recommend the apartment.

After a long search, I finally found a nice holiday apartment (Apartment 33) and booked it straight away. The booking was confirmed and the apartment was now reserved for 7 days. I paid the deposit on time, within 7 days. On the 6th day I received a cancellation (even though the booking was already valid). I was told on the phone that they didn't know why the booking was canceled. The deposit had been received and would be transferred back. I can book again. Of course the apartment was now considerably more expensive, but was still available for this period.There was no apology for the inconvenience or any accommodation.

We were in FeWo 43 with 2 people. As described, the beach is a maximum of 15 minutes away from the house and can also be easily reached with beach luggage. The apartment is super equipped! Plenty of dishes, kitchen appliances and other useful things. Everything is clean and tidy, a holiday apartment to feel good in! The only point of criticism is the lack of sun protection in the kitchen and living room. We had had enough of the sun all week and it was simply unbearable in the apartment in the afternoon. Since the bedroom is on the east side (?), it was somewhat ok there and you could still sleep well at night. The underground car park with quite generous parking space is also great. With a little skill you can also accommodate two bicycles.

There were four of us in apartment 36. Modernly furnished, quiet apartment with a beautiful view. The balcony furniture was pretty worn out...The cleanliness in the bathroom and on the balcony (weeds) could be better. 🙄 You can easily get into the underground car park with a roof box. Through the forest you can get to the beach in about 15 minutes... The Achterwasser can also be easily reached on foot. We'd love to come back. 🤗

Very nice apartment. Unfortunately we couldn't use the terrace. Was very dirty. A few blinds could have hung in the kitchen because there was full visibility from the street in the evening
