We spent some wonderful winter days in the cozy “beach white” and are completely thrilled. The architecture of the house is breathtaking and fits harmoniously into the picturesque Baltic Sea atmosphere. The interior design is convincing across the board and immediately conveys a feeling of warmth and security. Particularly noteworthy are the fireplace, which is visible from the living room and kitchen, the extremely comfortable sofa, the well-thought-out light switch and socket solutions and the intuitive music transmission in the living room and kitchen. The high-quality kitchen equipment exceeded our expectations and enriched our breakfasts and dinners together. The spacious bathrooms, the private sauna and the tasteful garden area also deserve special mention. Another highlight was the opportunity to charge our electric car for free using the in-house wallbox - a real advantage since the nearest public charging station is far away and often busy. The location of the holiday home is ideal for beach lovers; a short walk through the dune forest leads directly to the beach. The communication with Carsten was excellent, almost like staying overnight with an old friend. Thank you very much for this unforgettable vacation. We look forward to enjoying all the amenities in more detail on our next visit.

Do the positive recessions really correspond to reality - yes, they are authentic. We stayed at the Strandweiss holiday home and were impressed. High quality, simple, elegant and, above all, thoughtfully planned and furnished. It suited our style and we immediately felt at home. Everything was thought of. From wood for the fireplace, bath towels for the sauna to toys for our grandson. You can find the equipment where you would expect it to be in your own four walls. Great house to feel good and relax.We hope that you always have guests who appreciate it and treat it like their “home”.

A few weeks ago we spent several days in the holiday home and had a very nice time.The house is great for families. Modern, toys, the latest technology, fireplace and of course the sauna. There is also a wallbox for the electric car.The house is not far from the sea and I can't really think of anything to criticize.The homeowners were always quick and easy to reach. We're looking forward to New Year's Eve, because there's another visit coming up!

We spent a wonderful week at Strandweiss on Usedom. The house is very modernly furnished and offers everything you need for relaxation and well-being. The sauna and whirlpool are especially a relief after long walks on the beach. The Zinnowitz beach can be reached on foot through a beautiful forest in under 10 minutes. Shops for daily needs are also within walking distance (Edeka, bakery, fish box). There are two parking spaces available for the house in front of the garden gate, these are a bit tight - with our VW bus there would definitely not have been room for another car. We think it's particularly great that the kitchen is so well equipped - we loved cooking for ourselves in the evenings and found everything you could imagine (mixer, scales, pan, pots, bowls, spices, microwave, toaster, kettle). , etc.). The fireplace is also a dream, visible from both the kitchen and the living room. The only suggestion for improvement from our side relates to the cleaning before moving in: the dishwasher was not completely emptied, the tiles behind the stove were greasy, the towels were dirty and all the windows were completely dirty. The fireplace lighter pack and the stick lighter were also lying around empty, but we simply bought new ones ourselves. But that's really complaining on a high level and didn't detract from our enjoyment of the house.

Very nice modern holiday home with top facilities.There are 2 parking spaces directly at the house and there are additional parking spaces on the street itself in a large, underused parking bay.Any time.

Location: short distances to the beach through the neighboring woods and the town center can also be reached very quickly on foot. just great!!!
