The facility itself is well maintained. There is sufficient parking space. The location is not really ideal for us. It's too far to walk to the lake (with luggage) and to the Baltic Sea too. It would be okay with bikes and there is a nice path through the forest to Scharbeutz (Baltic Sea beach).We had house number 40. It is well equipped (kitchen with good pots, dishwasher, stove, MW, fireplaces and electronic heaters in the rooms). Unfortunately, it smells musty and the beds on the upper floor (master bedroom) are very sagging and creak with the slightest movement. We reported this to the property management, who want to pass it on to the owner.Property management is otherwise friendly, even if we find the time window for arrival (5 p.m. to 6 p.m.) very limited. After a call we were able to make it 6:30 p.m. because we were still in Hansapark.Photo is the view from the WZ EC (10/21)

Apartment is nice. Unfortunately, the external appearance is not at all. You have to walk about 250 meters up the slope. You had to carry all your luggage up to the apartment. Unfortunately, there are no flower pots or similar in front of most apartments. The area is very beautiful. Unfortunately no WiFi.

Not recommended!, No advertised holiday paradise to be found, but poor quality of the apartment, everything very careless, cleanliness poor, dead, unkempt grounds even though it was summer, contact difficult to establish - a lot of waiting, many things don't work, waiting for the spa card... there the holiday is almost over, a waste of money, expensive and no service/quality, definitely not recommended

Holiday homes are beautifully located in a green landscape. On one side a beautiful lake and on the other a forest.You can really relax here and are also ideal for holidays with your dog. A problem that shouldn't exist anymore: There is no WiFi, a reason for me not to come back, because I have to do more online work in the future, even on vacation. The houses are relatively cool, it's a shame that you have to use such energy-guzzling electric heating.

It's very quiet there, nice for nature lovers and not far from the Baltic Sea. Very nice swimming area, unfortunately with some dog remains. The water is clean and you can swim well there.

Never again.When we arrived in the apartment on the 33rd floor, we were greeted by a very pungent stench that we couldn't get rid of by airing it out. The apartment is very dirty. Spider webs in the corners, the drip tray for dishes is really ugly. Pots dirty. No plug for washing dishes. Fridge light broken. The camping stoves are a joke. The shower in the bathroom doesn't work at all. Went to the swimming pool to take a shower. The heater rusty. The toilet seat is much too small. You sat half on the ceramics. The radio doesn't have a wheel to make it louder or quieter. Overall, definitely not recommended.

We are more than satisfied. We have the apartment on the ground floor, which is very tastefully furnished. It is in a very quiet location, which we liked. A good starting point for great tours for cyclists. The Baltic Sea can be easily reached via cycle paths in 3 kilometers.We'd love to come back.
