The B&B Erfurt is well centrally located. Unfortunately there is no direct parking space at the hotel. The room was clean and completely sufficient for one night. We didn't use breakfast (there was just too much going on for us).

This was our second time in the hotel. 1 night each with breakfast. Booked a family room. Loft bed for the children and a double bed. Price/performance is really good and everything is clean. The buffet area is a bit squat, so you get a little close to other people when it's busy. Would love to come back. We were on a city trip and zoo, EGA Park in Erfurt. I didn't hear the street. greeting

The location of the B and B Hotel Erfurt Hbf is very central, about 200 m from Erfurt main train station, there are no parking spaces directly in front of the hotel, there are enough parking spaces in the parking garage at the main train station, which is also not expensive, perfect and if you come by trainWhen you arrive it is also close to the hotel!!

A double room with two single beds was booked for one night with breakfast.The mattresses were totally soft and worn out.There are two stools in the room as seating. At least a chair with a proper back would be nice. There was no way to hang towels in the bathroom. This was not only due to the lack of hooks, but also because there were no hangers on any towels or bath towels.Like other guests, we tried to get seats in the foyer in the evening, which we managed to do, but the seating there, which was similar to armchairs, was also hard to beat in terms of discomfort. When we asked reception whether we could sit in the open breakfast room, we were told no by saying that the tables had all been disinfected for breakfast. Finally we sat down at a high table on high chairs in the foyer. At least better than the stools in the room.At breakfast the next morning at 9 a.m., it was a Monday, we went and looked for one of the disinfected tables. What we found was a completely overcrowded breakfast room and several people standing in front of the buffet looking pretty clueless. The reason for this was a rather meager offering on the buffet, which obviously could not be replenished in time. The bread baskets were empty and the platters of sausage and cheese looked desolate.At that moment we were lucky enough to get a free table, although the last guests were too smart to clear it. Well, that was done quickly. However, the table itself looked terrible and was in dire need of cleaning, even without disinfection. Hoping to meet staff somewhere and ask them to do so, one of us stopped in the buffet area and waited. It was found that sausage and cheese and even a few rolls had now been refilled. There is still no sign of any personnel in front of the scenes. Which was of course clearly visible at all the tables that became available.Since our table was right next to the window facing the street, we noticed that after about another 10 minutes, the only employee in the behind-the-scenes area of the breakfast room left the hotel and quickly ran away. What caused a few question marks to appear on our foreheads at that moment cleared up on its own after a few more minutes. Then this employee came running with a bakery box full of fresh rolls, which then ended up on the buffet.I would like to expressly make it clear that in this review I do not want to criticize this employee or blame her for the entire situation!!! One person cannot possibly complete this task alone.I can't say whether the cause was a short-term staff shortage or other reasons. What I can judge, however, is the fact that the buffet itself can hardly justify the price of €12.90. The cheese was dry and tasteless and the sausage was anything but a highlight in terms of taste.Our overall conclusion in this case is quite clear: B&B at Erfurt Central Station, once and never again!

Conveniently located hotel near the train station. Reception staffed until around 8 p.m. There is then a code to open the entrance on your cell phone in the B&B app. This is also the room code. The breakfast is good and varied. At times heavy crowds. The rooms are clean and functional. There is a drinks machine in the entrance area.We would book the hotel again.

We were in Erfurt with the family over the weekend. The B&B is located right near the train station and within walking distance of the city center. The rooms are well insulated - the baby we heard crying in the hallway could no longer be heard in the room. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The size of the rooms, storage space and furnishings are completely appropriate. Our request to have two rooms facing each other was taken into account.

Rooms small but clean and tastefully decorated. Beds comfortable.Chaos at the breakfast buffet as it is narrow and on three levels. So you're constantly in each other's way. Selection OK, eggs inedible.Great location, quiet at night, very good traffic and a 10 minute walk to the center.

Very clean and large family room. Very quiet despite being directly on the main street. Breakfast buffet was okay, everything was of good quality and there was sufficient quantity. We would stay in Erfurt again at any time. Thank you 👍
