We had booked a classic apartment almost a year in advance via a booking portal, but received a free upgrade to a superior apartment. We also reserved a parking space for 18 euros per night. All we had to do was provide our license plate number.There was detailed information on how to get there. We received a very friendly welcome. The check-in was completed quickly. A parking space was reserved for our vehicle using a license plate. We had apartment 311, accessible by elevator or via the stairwell.The apartment totally surprised us. Large, very clean and well equipped. Here you can endure it longer. The kittchenette has everything you need. There's probably a reason there's no toaster. But there is a small high field and a microwave. Two coffee capsules were also available for use of the capsule machine. Even dishwashing liquid and a dishwasher along with two tablets were not missing. And of course also a refrigerator and dishes and cutlery.The bathroom is large, with a large shower, double vanity, toiletries. I like it when there is a bathroom stool. It doesn't exist here, but there would be space.The bed was very comfortable and not too narrow. There are also several seating areas. The huge wardrobe could hold a lot of things. There is a safe in the closet. The television can be rotated so that you can also watch TV from bed. The WiFi worked perfectly.The location of the apartment is great. It's only a few minutes walk to the bus or subway. You can also easily reach shops without a vehicle.We actually wanted to go have breakfast somewhere in the morning. But, it was comfortable here. We enjoyed sitting at the integrated bar and drinking our coffee.Small snacks and drinks are offered in the house.We slept wonderfully because of the peace and quiet. Although there are many apartments, we hardly heard or saw any other guests.We had a great time here.

The staff is very kind and helped us a lot they also spoke quite good English and German of course. had to attend an event nearby and it was a perfect spot. Things were also clean and cozy.

Great location: U-Bahn in front of the door and in 10 minutes in the city. Quiet, relaxed location. In a middle-class environment. We had a very spacious double room with a kitchen island and a large bed. In terms of price, it was quite expensive, but it was in line with the Hamburg accommodations and was better than all the hotel chains. Extremely nice staff and very clean! Thanks to the reception who printed out official documents for us and even let us into the room sooner.

For us it was the perfect starting point and retreat in Hamburg. The center was easy and convenient to reach by public transport or with Moja and there were nice owner-managed shops, cafés and restaurants just around the corner.We will be happy to come back.Thank you very much!

When we checked in, there was a man at reception who did his job as if he was pleasing me. There was someone else there on days 2 and 3 and the women were helpful and friendly. The price-performance ratio was not right. Room clean, bathroom too, I found the sofa shabby, kitchen poorly stocked (dishes and plates all available), but no decent cutting board, e.g.

You stand in front of closed doors. A mini note with a telephone number. If you call there, you will be dealing with an arrogant “lady”.The computerized and announced arrival time is ignored. We just wanted to deposit our suitcases.A big mistake to go to Germany, especially to Hamburg.A mess beyond compare.It couldn't be worse!
