Maja and Leon's confirmation was prepared very professionally, with a great reception and a beautifully decorated room for 22 people. The food and the two cakes were very tasty. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, fulfilled our wishes, as did the great staff who always served us with a smile. Thank you for everything, we and our guests were very happy and satisfied. Keep it up!!!!

Beautiful hotel in a quiet and idyllic location. Large and clean rooms, large bathroom. Good breakfast. Friendly reception, I had already contacted the hotel by telephone in advance, and here too the information was very friendly and very nice. Restaurant/beer garden in/in front of the hotel.Unfortunately we were passing through and only spent one night there. We felt very comfortable here and can highly recommend the hotel.

8:10 p.m. We just wanted to eat and drink something, first we were given 10 minutes. with an untidy table, then the waitress came and said there were so many guests eating today without reservations, had we reserved it? Unbelievable, you can no longer go to an inn without making a reservation???? That was also possible before Corona!!!!!

Thank you very much for a wonderful evening!It was a perfect match.The ambience, the very nice service and the great food.We had venison goulash, rump steak and linguini with black truffle with salad.It was outstanding.Please stay as you are and keep doing what you are doing.

We stayed here on Monday, but didn't realize that the restaurant was closed. Unfortunately, the hotel can't help it. Rooms very small, no air conditioning and therefore very warm. It's possible to open the window, but the noise from the nearby street is very loud.Breakfast buffet sufficient and tasty. Overall recommended

Very nice little hotel. Family-run house with a perfect culinary offering. We had a 2-week conference there and we had something different and delicious on the table every day. See photos… simply brilliant

Very nice hotel, very tasty food and great service! We stayed at the hotel for one night with our son and felt very comfortable. We received a very warm welcome, the rooms are large and modern, and the attention to detail is evident throughout the house. The food is really excellent. All in all, we had a great time and can only recommend staying at the Hotel Steigenhaus!

A beautiful hotel in an idyllic location! We stayed at the Landhotel Steigenhaus for one night while passing through. We received a very friendly and warm welcome. The hotel has well-kept outdoor areas and plenty of parking spaces. The rooms are in great condition and very clean. We particularly liked our large bathroom with rain shower. In the evening there was excellent, freshly prepared cuisine with great wines. The breakfast buffet the next morning was also very well selected and of very high quality. We felt very comfortable in the lovingly run hotel and will definitely come back!

We can only give positive feedback from our visit to this restaurant!1.) The service was very attentive, friendly and quick.2.) The menu offers classic regional dishes, e.g. the onion roast or special seasonal dishes like in my case the saddle of veal with a really excellent jus and linguine with wild garlic and creamed mushrooms!If you spend a little time learning about cooking, you'll know how much work and love goes into a good sauce!And especially with a classic jus, so much craftsmanship and talent are required! In my opinion, a sauce completes every dish and says a lot about the cuisine!And here she is definitely amazing! My deepest respect.My wife and our friend both enjoyed the onion roast and loved it!Our evening was rounded off with dessert, of course!Fantastic kumqua ragout that had a fine acidity and sweetness.Normally I stay away from it. But these definitely convinced me!3.) The recommendations from the wine list are also highly recommended!My personal recommendation:Reserve a tableGo there and enjoy!

I can only judge the restaurant.The ambience was nice.The service was friendly but a bit inattentive. Reordered side dishes (spätzle and sauce) arrived late. There was little to no question about additional drinks, coffee or dessert.

We were there with a larger group of 15 people. There were dishes from a smaller menu than normal. Every effort was made to serve everyone the food together if possible. Unfortunately, the staff didn't say anything about the cooking point of the roast when serving. So there was immediately a mix-up. As a result, someone had to wait a long time for their food.The food was very good and of high quality.Unfortunately, most of the dishes on the plate were "very manageable", i.e. for example the very good, medium-cooked roast with market vegetables: two tablespoons of spaetzle, a snow pea, a small piece of carrot, a mini broccoli floret and a mini cauliflower floret. Then €32 is a proud price. Dear restaurant owner, a few more side dishes on your plate don't make a big difference in terms of cost, but you get the feeling that you're getting a dish for your money that will fill you up. Unfortunately, the spaetzle and sauce we ordered didn't arrive until most people were already finished.It was similar with the vegan asparagus curry. A handful of rice with a handful of vegetables for €22. Here, however, the taste coordination left a lot to be desired according to our taste: curry was hardly tasteable. It was more of a white sauce with a hint of curry.The service staff could have been a little more attentive: some had to wait a long time for the drinks.A note: a menu on the website would be helpful.
