We felt very comfortable on the Hinz family's farm. The family is nice and always helpful. Any questions about the farm and the animals are always happy to be answered.The accommodation (the house) was very nicely decorated, clean and cozy. Everything needed was there.There are many play options, especially for children. Various vehicles in the vehicle hall (which can also be driven by adults), a play barn with many different games and offers. Our children also loved the animals. When walking to the enclosure or meadow, the goats, guinea pigs or horses come to cuddle or pick up a small snack. The proximity to the animals is great.The Hinz family’s social offerings are also great. Whether it's a pony ride, a campfire with stick bread or a covered wagon ride, it's a great opportunity to talk to other holiday guests and the family.The farm is located in the north of the island of Fehmarn and therefore in a quieter corner. It's not far to the beach or the hustle and bustle of the surrounding tourist towns.We simply felt comfortable and will definitely come back.

We felt very comfortable and welcome on the Hinz family's farm. The house was cozy and clean and the play opportunities, the proximity to the animals, the activities on offer and the interaction with the other children are simply great for children. The farm tour was also very interesting for us adults. The location is also great for exploring the island because the beach is relatively close and you don't have to walk or drive far in any direction. If we're drawn to Fehmarn again, we'll be happy to come back.

We spontaneously spent a few days at the Hinz family's holiday farm and would come back at any time! A super warm family and simply a feel-good place for children and parents. There is a games room, a vehicle barn, a playground, but our older son found it best to just play with the other kids :-) the farm is a bit rural, but really very close to the nearest beach! It is also the ideal starting point for all cycling tours. It's definitely not the last time we've been to the Hinz holiday farm!

You feel welcome here.We had a Danish holiday home for four people and stayed here for 14 days. The house is spacious and has a great layout.The facilities are great, the terrace is spacious and the beach chair is really comfortable even in September.There was always someone available if I had any questions. The offer for children is great. Both in good and bad weather. There is a large playroom with lots of toys. There is also a large barn in which you can find a trampoline, a basketball hoop and actually various vehicles. The vehicles range from a ride-on vehicle for the very little ones to large carts with a trailer so that four adults and two children can ride together.Outside there is another trampoline, two goals and a playground.The animals are always accessible to the children and can also be fed.We would love to come back!

Stayed at the Hinz holiday farm for a week for the first time! Super friendly, nice reception, very good service, helpful and everything was very clean and well maintained! Were there without children, but there is a lot on offer for children! We would always take a holiday apartment here and can definitely recommend this holiday farm 100%!

We went to the holiday farm for the first time because our children really wanted to go to a farm. The holiday home is really big, very clean and equipped with everything you need on holiday.The yard is great and spacious and even our three-year-old was able to find her way around and keep busy on her own. Feeding goats, watching chickens, petting horses, all included.The beach is within walking distance and other activities can also be reached within a short time. The highlights were what felt like a hundred different Kettcars, the pony rides and the mud kitchen. If you have any questions, you can easily contact the family, both regarding excursions and country life itself. The daughter who looked after the pony rides was also absolutely great and managed everything excellently!!!There are also little gifts for special occasions, which was really great! Very happy again!!

We were at the Hinz holiday farm for the second time with our two boys (4 and 6 years old) and, like the first time, everything was perfect. On the farm there is everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Vehicle hall, playground, trampoline, animals to feed, pony rides and much more.It's only 5-10 minutes by bike to the beach and we also cycled around the island a lot.We are really looking forward to the next summer vacation with the Hinz family in 2025.Thank you again for a great and relaxing holiday!!!

This year we stayed at the Hinz holiday farm for the third time and, as always, it was beautiful! Our boys (7 and 4 years old) couldn't wait to get back to the island and especially to the farm! Over the years, beautiful friendships have been formed with other children and parents, so seeing each other again was particularly great.The Hinz farm and family offer everything you could wish for for a relaxing, beautiful family holiday in nature: lots of animals to touch, pony rides, covered wagon rides, proximity to the beach, Kettcar hall, playroom for rainy days, campfire, bread roll service, etc. - there is something for everyone and everything has been thought of!We stayed in one of the Danish holiday homes, they are very large and spacious, with a nice terrace and all the utensils you need - we didn't miss anything.You can go on great trips from Wenkendorf by bike (we always rent them locally) and the nearest beach is less than 10 minutes away by bike.We are already looking forward to next summer when we set off from Madrid to the far north again!Thank you for an unforgettable holiday, Birte and Hinnerk!

It was our first time on Fehmarn and we felt very well received as a family at the Hinz holiday farm. It was an ideal starting point to explore the island every day. The stay at the holiday farm was also a great experience. The children quickly connected with other children and were able to keep busy with each other using all the play options available. The daily offers, such as pony rides, stick bread or covered wagon rides, were always well organized and we all had a lot of fun. All in all, a really relaxing holiday. Great holiday farm with lots of play options for the children, so mom and dad can relax too.Our son (6 years old) liked driving the thresher and covered wagon best, our daughter (5 years old) loved riding the pony and the other animals (goats, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs), as well as the campfire with marshmallows and co. It was particularly great and our youngest (2 years old) had fun on the trampoline and the many vehicles.There is a natural beach nearby that can be easily reached on foot or with the available Kettcars. However, it is a few minutes' drive to the sandy beach and (if you want) many excursion destinations such as the sea center or swimming pool.Contact with the Hinz family was always friendly and uncomplicated, the atmosphere on the farm was very familiar and the apartment had everything you needed.Thank you for the great time!Best regards, Hartmeyer family

We have now been to the holiday farm for the 7th time..As always, we all felt very comfortable and had an incredibly relaxing holiday... our two children (4 and 9 years old) were kept busy around the clock.There is always enough for the kids to do.From the trampoline to lots of Kettcars, playground and playroom, it never gets boring.Lots of animals to touch.Riding at least 3 times a week.Goats, rabbits and chickens are right on the farm and want to be petted and fed at any time. Very nice and special, especially for the smaller children.As always, Birte and Hinnerk gave us a very warm welcome.And this year we learned a lot of new things...We were allowed to drive tractors, combine harvesters and covered wagons.Everything is always very lovingly designed and very informative.A farm you can touch...you can take part in country life...The apartments are all comfortably furnished and clean.Our children have asked several times when we are going there again.It's definitely not the last time we've been with family.

Want that Bullerbü feeling? Then off to Wenkendorf to see the Hinz family! Picturesquely located in the middle of golden cornfields, this holiday farm offers everything for young and old. Taking the Kettcar to the sea, feeding free-roaming chickens, pony rides, campfires - there's always something going on here and parents can safely send their offspring off on their own.The apartments are cozy and practically furnished. From the farm you can quickly reach anywhere on the island, great location - absolute recommendation!

We were guests of the Hinz family in July 2024 with two children (7, 11).It was a super relaxing vacation. The children were kept busy and were able to take part first-hand in country life on a farm. In addition to pony riding and tractor driving, a ride in the combine harvester was a great highlight. We fed and petted the animals every day. The chickens run around freely in the yard and sometimes visit the guests on the terrace - much to the delight of the children. The children always met to play together. There is everything a child could desire... from two trampolines to a football and basketball court - there is a lot to do even indoors and there is never a dull moment. There are plenty of Kettcars available, which we always enjoyed using in the evenings. With a trailer you can set off with 5 people.The farmer's wife and Mr. Hinz are lovely people who are very concerned about the well-being of their guests. They always have an open ear and time for a chat.The Baltic Sea can be reached on foot in 20 minutes - or by Kettcar in 10 minutes.We really enjoyed our time and are sure that we will visit this wonderful holiday farm again.
