Very large space, few long-term campers. Very nice tiny houses are rented. Swimming lake is right at the campsite.

Visit in low season. Positively noticeable? NO. Price performance ratio is not right at all. No catering. No bread sales. Little service. Washrooms simple but clean. Longer sessions on the toilet can be painful. Some no toilet seats. You sit on the bare ceramic. Financially, you almost don't notice the off-season. Costs are very unusual anyway. My conclusion. I wouldn't come again in the off season. I can't judge high season.

Perfect place for family. When we come, it was not so many people. See/lake is for public. It's clean too. The bathroom looks new and nice. I read many reviews here about no restaurant. For us, it's not a big problem. Because there is cafetaria, selling pommes, salat, ice, etc. It's enough for us. And EDEKA is very close too. Only around 1km from the campingpark. You dont need restaurant, just go to shopping in Edeka and cook! 😏😏

The camping itself was okay, but paying almost €50 for one night for a tent with two people was bitter. Too much in my opinion.Unfortunately, the canping floor is super firm, so it was hardly possible to drive the needle into it.Unfortunately you cannot rent adapter cables for electricity, you can only buy them (€20!). Unfortunately, the WiFi is not always the same everywhere, and it is also very weak and has little bandwidth.Restaurant was closed, small camping shop had very few items (mainly sweets). As a plus, there is a nice little lake which is completely swimmable, and in principle the beach area is well laid out. You could say a natural pool with even a slide for children. At the lake there was a snack with fries etc. There was also a football field and beach volleyball.

We were only at the forest lake. A really excellent leisure pool facility. Child friendly. Swimming in the marsh water is very relaxing and there is endless space for swimming. Entrance fee 2 €!!!

Very nice campsite right on the Waldsee.Water slide and play areas covered with awnings for the little ones. The new wash house is very nice but unfortunately a ventilation system was forgotten during the planning. This causes it to heat up so much that you start sweating straight after the shower. We preferred to stay in the old wash house that is in the basement at the reception. It is still very pleasantly cool there with an outside temperature of 30°.Some of the pitches are in the shade, which is a real blessing in midsummer.Unfortunately, the terrain is quite sloping, depending on the location. The space is rather expensive or a bit too expensive for the performance. The restaurant appears to be permanently closed. We would go there again.

We stayed there for 1 week in a mobile home. The lake as well as the kiosk and the water slide are highly recommended. The place itself is a bit old, but everything was OK. The location is great, many excursion destinations nearby and you get your money's worth in terms of cuisine.

Price-performance in no relation.- flat plots, standard- Swimming lake, which you can use free of charge (saving €2), nice- no restaurant, weak- Mini golf for a fee, outrageous- no hand basin at black water disposal, free.- Long distance to the washhouse. Oh well.- The washhouse is ok, not a wellness temple....we've been worse, but we've also been much better!- It's a gift that we were pressured with artificial scarcity when requesting availability: "If we still want a place, we have to quickly fill out the booking form online."…. and then - mind you on August 15th. to find a CP that is 75% empty.- the reason for us is the price: €39/mobile home + 1 person. Each additional person 10€ - for couples without children/dogs 49€-> If we have never paid for the last 520 overnight stays since 2018 (we checked separately), we will never pay again. Cheeky! Our advice: There are nicer areas and better places. If, like us, you feel like cooling off, you should go to the parking space in Nördlingen and go to the outdoor pool. It would be cheaper and the city has more to offer than Wemding. Our mistake, our report of others avoiding it.Kiss the hand!
