The apartments are great. Well furnished and clean. What bothered us is the location. The view of the harbor is only visible from the upper floors. On the ground floor the crane (see photo), which is probably permanently there during the high season, obstructs the view. Furthermore, it is very loud and sitting outside is unfortunately almost impossible. You're basically camping here on a busy road. Conclusion: The apartment was great and the environment was a flop.Of course, everyone has to decide price/performance for themselves. There are cheaper places, but there are also places that are significantly more expensive.

Super nice, furnished apartments with a wonderful view of the marina.The staff, especially Annette, are always friendly, courteous and helpful.The breakfast service is great, we felt completely at home and can absolutely recommend the Hafenresidenz.

I have never been on vacation in such beautiful and, above all, perfectly clean accommodation. The apartment is really incredibly beautiful. All the local people are very nice and as a holidaymaker you really feel like you are in another world. Depending on the season, the prices are on the higher side in my opinion, but it's worth it. Any time.

Fantastic two bedroom apartment. Handicap friendly and close to food, drink and activities. A nice area that is both child-friendly and quiet with a lovely view of the marina and its restaurants. An experience that is suitable both for pensioners, families with children and younger couples.

We were in the harbor residence for the umpteenth time. Unfortunately, our current stay was not as perfect as the previous ones.The bread roll service confirmed by email was not carried out, so we had to drive to the bakery ourselves in the morning.We always look forward to eating in the associated Aalkate and had made reservations online for 4 days, which were also confirmed. Unfortunately, we found out on site that the Aalkate was closed; it was only open on the last day.The mattresses are now very worn out, we had already mentioned this verbally during our last stay.The location of the apartment is fantastic, Lemkenhafen and Fehmarn are a pleasure in any weather.

Very nice apartment with a sea view. Great service when it comes to breakfast. If you have any questions or problems, you will be helped straight away. Parking spaces in front of the door. You can unwind there 👍👍

If you want to be gently woken up at 7:00 a.m. by the construction site next door, this is the right place for you. Even during the day you can enjoy the lovely sound of the construction site, with no trace of the annoying sound of the sea.Unfortunately we were not informed of this when booking. No trace of sleeping in and relaxing in the apartment. You are forced to spend time outside until the end of the day, so no nap for children or adults.I cannot recommend this property until the building is completed.The interior is high, but poorly constructed. The television is mounted in such a way that you have to turn your head 90 degrees.

The apartment is very clean, high quality and very well equipped. From dishes to bed linen, cot and chair, everything is available. The balcony is very exposed, no privacy from the neighbors, but that is already apparent on the homepage. What we didn't like at all was that because of the restaurant next door and the refrigerators behind it, it was incredibly loud in the bedroom at night, so that you couldn't sleep at night unless the window was closed. Apparently we were unlucky too, after 5 nights the device was repaired and was subsequently quieter, but still very loud. We have vacationed on the island several times and really appreciate the peace and quiet there, so we would not choose this apartment again.

Beautiful accommodation, modern and stylishly furnished. Very clean.Location super nice and quiet. In the morning you could watch ships being taken out of the harbor and transported away - super interesting.Many good restaurants nearby within walking distance.Contactless processing and service also worked very well.We will definitely come back.

Great accommodation. The house has 6 apartments. The apartments on the second floor have a great view of the harbor and the sea. The apartments are well maintained and invitingly furnished.It is possible to have rolls or even a complete breakfast delivered to the apartment.The staff was very friendly and open to all of our wishes. Available 24 hours a day in an emergency.
