We were there at the end of October to go cycling with our motorhome and dog. I'll save the photos because the ones that exist are correct. The place is simply beautifully laid out and has everything you need. The price is justified, even if the additional costs could perhaps be shown transparently and everywhere. Example: Garbage disposal, electricity connection fee, hygiene fee, etc... everything is only in the small print, that's the reason why only 4 stars. Otherwise, the place is worth every cent, and the restaurant on site is also great.Thanks for the hospitality

Nice campsite with top sanitary facilities and large pitches. Small supermarket and good pizzeria on the site. We really liked it. Good starting point for bike tours around Lake Altmühlsee.

Good campsite with very good sanitary facilities! Restaurant on site with good cuisine. Parking spaces are sufficiently large.We stayed there for 4 nights with an unbeatable off-season offer!We'd love to come back

Unfriendly staff at reception. It's a shame, the location is very good. The Italian on site was really good 👍 and friendly. The cleaning work was very questionable 🤨 not very clean even though it was so praised. The ladies from the cleaning department prefer to drink coffee in front of the wash house 🙈

Nice campsite right on the AltmühlseeWith strengths and weaknessesThe site is located directly on the Altmühltal cycle path network, from where you can get around on well-signposted and well-developed cycle paths.The facilities of the place are standard, everything you need is there. The sanitary facilities were renovated in 2017 and are mostly clean, although one would like the corners and grooves to be cleaned regularly. The staff is very nice and helpful, we were unlucky during our week that the WiFi didn't work, but that can happen. The pitches are clean, large and partly gravel, so really great, and the entire area was very well maintained and beautifully designed. The shop has fresh rolls/rolls/rolls in the morning that are very tasty and reasonably priced. The lunch break of 3 hours is a bit long, but we managed it well. In general, we think the place is great and can recommend it without reservation.

Stayed here for two nights with the WOMO.Reception very friendly reception.Parking space is very nice despite the 8.5 m mobile.Sanitary everything is always very clean.Unfortunately, the lady selling bread rolls was always grumpy.We can't help that she has to work and we have vacation. Then you have to change careers.But it's just a side note and doesn't disturb your stay.Everything in the restaurant was delicious.We will definitely come back again.

I was here for the second time for a short stay or stopover. Located a bit off the highway, plan a longer journey if you have a stopover. Check-in was only possible before 6 p.m., but that suited us.Restaurant is well attended, reservations are recommended for several people. We were there around 6 p.m. and the two of us barely managed to get a spot. Very good value for money for the meals. Fast service, super friendly staff.Sanitary facilities were top notch, very spacious and clean, and were there in the off-season.Unfortunately, reception was a bit harsh, not to say unfriendly. The gentleman spoke quietly and quickly, so I had to ask twice. Then he said, yes, that's why I'm repeating that for you. That would have been my idea that he could have simply spoken more slowly and loudly behind his glass, maybe even smiled and wished you a pleasant stay.Thank God that first bad impression was deceptive, as I described above.

Very nice and well-kept campsite! Quiet and clean. Unfortunately not recommended with children. Among other things, the lake constantly has blue-green algae, so neither people nor dogs can swim. Very unfortunate.
