We were on site from December 27th, 2023 to January 1st, 2024 and overall satisfied. At first glance, the guest house appears well-kept and its design is typically Bavarian. The location of the guest house, in the Blindau district, is really beautiful and invites you to relax. The 4* room we booked was overall fine and furnished in a typical regional manner. While the open living/kitchen area was extremely large and well-kept, the bathroom and sleeping area were rather cramped. Unfortunately, the bathroom had not been cleaned upon arrival and was "gleaming" with the leftovers left behind by its predecessors; - that shouldn't happen like that and is also not okay! When the keys were handed over today, the landlord seemed rather surprised when asked, could not explain it and apologized somewhat hesitantly. For us, that was the end of the matter... Unfortunately, there was no safe and no hand soap in the bathroom. What was particularly new for us was that you have to remove your beds when you leave!? A real novelty...Finally, it should be mentioned positively that the landlord provided two bottles of beer free of charge as a small gift and a small bottle of sparkling wine at the turn of the year. A great gesture. Despite the unpleasant "bathroom mishap", Haus Hagen can be recommended for a short vacation.

We went on a skiing holiday with our children to the Hagen family's house. The house is in a quiet location; the holiday apartment is so well equipped that you have everything you need. The landlord is very friendly and the rooms are in great condition and very clean. There is a ski cellar with ski boot heaters and a bread delivery service. The house is located above Reit im Winkl, so you can reach the Seegatterl valley station in just a few minutes by car.

--> Visited prior to the COVID-19 outbreak. The best holiday apartment in Reit im Winkl! It is situated in an amazing location - which is in a close proximity to the city centre, ski slopes, and restaurants.Check-in was smooth, quick and efficient. No complaints.Every morning and evening, it was great to look outside and see the wonderful view. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Skis can be stored and dried downstairs. There is parking available too.A very thoughtful thing too is that each morning you have the opportunity to fill in a form in which local bakery food items are offered and then delivered. I miss having the freshly baked bread in the morning!I had a fantastic stay in this guesthouse. Will be back soon!

Very nice apartment on the ground floor. We stayed with our adult daughter, who practically had an extra room with a bathroom. We found that very pleasant. The actual bathroom is quite small, but that wasn't a problem. Actually, we only went to a holiday apartment because of the Corona period, but since there was a dishwasher and a great bread roll service, that really convinced us for a hiking holiday. The landlord was very nice and always approachable. We can definitely imagine coming back

Nice apartment for stay. We had the ground floor and were five of us, with 2 children and mother-in-law. Benzeck lifts are around the corner and other ski areas or the center of Reit im Winkl can be reached quickly. Partly within walking distance Beautiful sauna with fireplace and relaxation area and bathtub. The apartment was overall modern, but with a typical Bavarian accent.
