What can I say? 1 with ✨My husband and son were guests of the Schwemmbauer family for the fifth time and I for the fourth time in a row.For the first time, the two of them had a room in the main building with breakfast. We both enjoyed it so much that we traveled together with our dog the following year. We had a beautiful apartment on the ground floor with an incredibly great terrace. The bathroom is so beautiful and really big. The apartment also has a great living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a sufficiently large bedroom. The highlight is the infrared sauna.I think it's great that we get bread rolls delivered to our door every morning. The cutest thing is the sack where the fresh rolls are.This year we had the large apartment on the top floor. I don't even know where to start. Simply unbelievably great. There is a separate “youth room” with a large bed and an additional separate seating and sleeping area. The very best with an en-suite bathroom.The hallway is also great with a wardrobe and a hidden chamber, so cleverly done. The kitchen invited you to cook. The dining and living room area is simply great. A beautiful south-west balcony with a view of the ski jump and Austria. The bedroom is a real dream. With the finest pine wood. Here again with an en-suite bathroom.There are so many beautiful details.Go there and let yourself be surprised.Dear Ms and Mr Schwemmbauer. Together they are a great team. Whatever Mr. Schwemmbauer can do in terms of craftsmanship deserves an A with ✨.Thank you very much and see you next year.Panten family

The second stay was also a wonderful holiday week. The house and the holiday apartment are absolutely clean and comfortably furnished. Nothing is missing. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and I would book again at any time.

We stayed in the beautiful chalet in Winkl over Pentecost and are absolutely thrilled with the house and the surrounding area.The chalet and the warm hosts leave nothing to be desired.We can definitely recommend it and will definitely come back :)

We spent a week on vacation with the Schwemmbauer family and were in the mountains with our little son for the first time. What can we say other than thank you very much for the great service and the great accommodation. It was a wonderful holiday and we will definitely come back, but then only to the same address :)

We would like to thank the Schwemmbauer family for the great time we spent in the guest house. The rooms and especially the apartment were very clean, nicely furnished and we didn't miss anything. The two of them are very likeable and you can tell that they are passionate about being hosts. Thank you again at this point. The breakfast was also super extensive and the rolls were very tasty. If we come back to Reit im Winkl, we will definitely stay at the Schwemmbauer guesthouse. 100% recommended!

We were guests of the Schwemmbauer family for 10 days. Highly Recommended. The warmth of the hosts, the cleanliness and furnishings of the apartment as well as the location are tiptop. Tips and information about the location and hikes are also available. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again. Excellent.

The apartment is tastefully and modernly furnished, great large bathroom, large balcony, smaller kitchen, unfortunately without microwave, cozy bedroom with too soft mattress, pleasant living room.Hosts very friendly and always approachable.Parking lots available.Location on the main road, well.Overcrowded and expensive.It really bothered us that the FW didn't have mosquitoes or fly screens in front of the windows and balcony doors.

A very nice week of summer vacation with hiking, playing golf, thermal baths and a beer tent, with a perfect host, who with Bavarian warmth and beautiful holiday apartments can definitely be recommended!

We were very positively surprised! The landlords were very nice and accommodating. We had apartment number 1 and it was very clean and tidy, you could feel really comfortable. The view was very nice and you didn't hear much of the outside noises in the apartment, such as cars :)

We had a very nice holiday in the separate chalet. Modern and fully equipped, the holiday home for a large family offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is great. Slightly outside of Reit im Winkl, but a very short walk takes you to the village in just a few minutes.

We had a very nice holiday: Reit im Winkl is a very good starting point for many activities.The accommodation is exceptionally clean, well-equipped and with beautiful views of the mountains. The hosts are very warm, well organized, are always approachable, give good tips and care about their guests.The location on the street is convenient, but if you're afraid of car noise, you should be aware of this.
