We were originally billeted in the holiday studio, but since there was mold in the room, we were immediately moved to the Haus zur Krone (same operator) (we were taken seriously, the offer to relocate came from the operator and the promise to take care of the mold to take care of it and reimburse us proportionately for the costs of accommodation).We were warmly welcomed at Haus zur Krone and our needs were taken care of throughout the days. The house is (unfortunately) in need of renovation, the Wi-Fi/TV is constantly lost and the breakfast selection is limited.Following the trip, the costs were reimbursed as discussed.All in all, reliable contacts and the Pension zur Krone is sufficient for overnight stays during the ski season.

We made a special appointment to go bowling. Unfortunately everything was closed at the agreed time and no one came, apart from a few holidaymakers who had booked a room there and were standing in front of the locked doors. Incomprehensible in this day and age when everyone is fighting for guests.

Not recommended, shower and toilet (ancient) in the hallway, stained, curling carpet in the room so that the door hardly opened, we were there in January 2019 and dead butterflies were still on the floor and window sill, sockets were hanging loose the wall, metal tube bunk beds. I've never had such bad accommodation in Germany.

There was a normal breakfast buffet, without any big fancy, a bread knife was on the buffet, chocolate cream, jams and honey could only be taken with the spoon provided on site... not much fruit (banana and apple).

We stayed in this restaurant for two nights. The house is in a good location and everything is close by.The room has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. But everything was very small and the room itself was very dark. In addition, there was no Wi-Fi and there was no hygienic means: soap or disinfectant. We didn't ask for shampoo, shower gel or cream, which should be the case by now, but soap is something that absolutely has to be there.There were other things, such as lack of cleanliness, smells, noises or parking, which I don't want to discuss.Unfortunately, our expectations from this holiday home were higher. That's why I can't recommend it.

We spent 2 nights at the Gasthaus zur Krone. What can I say: old, worn out, the whole house smelled of cigarettes, uncomfortable. We didn't like it.We were in the low season and paid 35 euros a night. In high season it would have been twice as much for one night! AMAZING, for what you get there. Spend a few euros more and sleep in a nice hotel.Rarely have I had such a bad stay. You want your guests to feel comfortable?! I'd rather stay at home next time.No recommendation.

The heating did not work in the accommodation, it was about 14 degrees in the room. They have no WiFi, difficult parking, the stench of cigarettes.

This "hostel" is terrible. The bowling alley, located on the ground floor, can be heard throughout the building. The bowling operation can be heard until, for example, 2:48 a.m. The fresh smell of cigarettes apparently extends to the second floor. In addition, there is an old smell of cigarettes in the rooms and this completes the tired condition.Food should not be consumed here. I don't want to know what the best before date of the yoghurt cups that were already open on the buffet was in the past....if you still have your senses...especially smelling, seeing, tasting and hearing...you shouldn't waste any time of your life here.
