Ferienhaus Nachtigall

The house itself is sufficient for 6-9 people. Unfortunately, at the time of our stay, many things in the area were closed due to corona. But it's not a big deal since you can also visit/observe nature and other destinations.The reason for the poor rating was the condition of the house and the caretaker's treatment of the tenants.The house was dirty upon arrival and only superficially tidy. No soap or toilet paper to be found in the bathroom. Although there is a fireplace, you have to take care of the coal/wood yourself or bring it with you, which you can't know beforehand.The person responsible for the property/caretaker didn't even have time to show the house. Apparently he was not informed of the arrival, even though the house was booked two months in advance. They should have called him a day in advance.When contacting the caretaker (several times and at different times) you always get the impression that you are making a very inappropriate call. The agreements that he would come over are revised in the next moment.When I left, I expected him to come by at least on the last day to look at the house and collect the tourist tax. This was also agreed upon by phone the day before. When I called again on the day of departure, he was busy again and couldn't come.The resulting misunderstanding meant that the tourist tax could not be paid. Which in itself can be regulated afterwards. However, this led him to complain on the phone in a very inappropriate tone and language.I cannot therefore evaluate the work in a professional and tenant-friendly manner. Apart from that, at least normal human interaction wouldn't be bad.Overall the stay was ok.

Beautifully furnished holiday home with plenty of space for up to 10 people. 2 bathrooms, sauna, terrace, large kitchen with dining area and all rooms equipped with TV, WiFi also available and washing machine
