A really relaxed and lovely place to stay for dog owners. The location is remote and idyllic, the concept is pretty well thought out and regulated - also based on trust. The atmosphere is absolutely familiar and makes you feel good. Very well located as a starting point. There is a lot of space, so even my insecure dogs got along very well. The guests were all friendly, open-minded, understanding, helpful - but not "intrusive". In fact, the planned tours are discussed with the boss on the first day, which makes a lot of sense due to the heavy rain (and possibly the paths that are muddy) and the time of year in which some alpine pastures are already closed.Breakfast and dinner, but also the cake in the afternoon were wonderful :)Thank you very much for the relaxing days!

A really great hotel where everything really fits. The room with terrace and garden is a dream. On the first day the hiking routes were explained to us in detail. It worked fine too. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. Our labrador girl loves the pond and we also use the small agility course.

Thank you for this wonderful vacation!Our first holiday with a dog couldn't have been better. The food was a dream, every evening a great 4 course menu (3 main courses to choose from) something for everyone. The room was spacious and clean and the view from the balcony was simply incredible. The dog pond was a highlight for Simba. The hosts and their sons ensured a great stay with their incredibly friendly manner. We'll see each other again next year.Best regardsSteffi, Thorsten and Sima

We can only completely agree with all the positive reviews. We were there for the first time and had a wonderful holiday in a fantastic landscape. From the first moment we felt really comfortable. Especially our German Shepherd, who immediately took over the in-house dog bathing pond. With the great weather last week, it was always a wonderful refreshment for her after our hikes.The two operators and their sons really care about their guests and of course the dogs with all their heart and soul. They were always very friendly and easy-going, offering help and advice, so we really didn't lack anything. Above all, dinner was an absolute culinary delight every day.We can highly recommend the Blickner Alm to all dog owners - we will definitely come back.Many greetings and thanks again for everything!Daniel and Manuela with Dori

Vacation with the dogs was a complete success, even though we had a lot of rain. The friendly family Josef & Barbara and their sons made all of that go away.The extensive breakfast buffet and the 4-course evening menu were excellent.We were thrilled and can only be recommended 😄😉

Vacation with dog, a complete success. Super friendly family. Food was always a delight. You feel very comfortable here from the first moment. Hiking with and without a dog is also very good. Fortunately, there are easy as well as medium and demanding hikes. Unfortunately the weather thwarted our plans. We didn't want to leave it like that, so we booked again for next year

A great place for a holiday with your dog.Extremely nice hosts, perfectly equipped, rooms equipped with attention to detail.Dinner is a real treat every day.Dog holidays are lived out in the outdoor area, with a swimming pond, exercise areas and countless hiking routes for every ability.A great week in the Bavarian Alps that we can fully recommend to everyone

We got a room at very short notice and were given a very warm welcome. On site you immediately get a family feeling and feel at home (in our case, Labrador).The food was fantastic and the homemade cake and coffee at lunchtime were the cherry on the cake.Although we couldn't let our Labbi lady run on the outdoor area because the boundaries were a bit too unsafe for us, there were all sorts of great locations and experiences in the area that didn't make this minimal restriction a problem.We would love to come back!

Hello... My name is Balou.A few days ago I was on a relaxing holiday at the Blickner Alm with my mistress and master, Sandra & Rocco. We had a beautiful room under the attic (Hochfelln), where there was a lot of space for me and also a great bed for the two of us.There was also a really nice sun terrace with lots of snow for me.The two of them also raved about the food for a long time. Hmmm. I have no idea why, unfortunately I didn't get it.In short, it was an all-round great vacation for us and Barbara & Josef made sure that we felt really at home.I can only recommend that all my four-legged friends take a vacation here and enjoy the beautiful area and the secure feeling of being at home.Best wishes until next time Balou.Okay...also from Sandra & Rocco ;-].

It was incredibly beautiful. Here people and dogs can relax with delicious food from loving people. Barbara and Josef give everything for their guests. Every dog owner should save this address! If you want to go on holiday with your dog in Chiemgau, you will definitely be happy here.Let's start with the innkeepers Barbara and Josef. Here you will be greeted very friendly with a smile. We immediately had the feeling of being warmly welcomed throughout the entire week and at any time.No matter what question, no matter what concern, everything was answered professionally and even "problems" were immediately eliminated and/or solved professionally.The ambience of the small alpine pasture is incredibly beautiful! Starting with the cozy dining room and the view from the terrace into the valley, simply fantastically beautiful.Dog training area and a small pond to cool off, all available for use. There is also a free run where “found” dog friends can let off steam together!The suite (Zwiesel) is furnished in a rustic farmhouse style. The suite lacks nothing in terms of interior. Comfort meets modernity. Flat TV in the "living room", large double bed with very good mattresses, large walk-in shower in a modern design.There are towels for dog owners to dry their dogs. A "basket" for the fridge in the building with the room number, very good for barfers like us who need to cool their meat. Here you can tell that the alpine pasture owners have specialized in dog owners.Breakfast and dinner:Everyone will find something at this wide breakfast buffet! Starting with smoked salmon, fried and scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, homemade jams, homemade Bircher muesli, muesli in all variations, fresh fruit salad, sausage, cheese, etc.A coffee machine that is freely available at any time of the day or night!Drinks can also be taken out of the fridge at any time and simply written down using a tally sheet. What a leap of faith! Top!To top it all off: the four-course evening meal!A selection of two daily changing meat dishes and one vegetarian dish, as well as soups and salad variations! There is nothing to complain about here!Quality and taste are at the highest level here!The pricing of drinks etc. is really moderate for this tourist area!We are completely satisfied and will definitely come back!Volker and Tanja in April 2024

If you want to spend a relaxing holiday with your dog, with super friendly hosts, fantastic food and great accommodation, this is the right place for you.
