Have from October 29th to October 30th. spent in the park or hotel. As hotel guests, we had the opportunity to go to the park 2 hours earlier. It was officially open from 12 p.m. due to Halloween days. The rooms have to be vacated by 10 a.m. anyway, which we thought would be fine. Unfortunately there were only 3-4 rides that were open between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. Of course nothing moving. Among other things, swing boats and monorail trains. Don't even drink coffee or go anywhere except the arcade.In the park we were *not* the only ones who weren't particularly impressed by this solution with children in rainy weather and not being able to do anything for 2 hours.What we also found a bit inconvenient was that everyone had different opening times.The park was otherwise clean, the employees were nice. But from the route we took to the park, I personally wouldn't go there again.

The rooms and everything else are nice and good, but the cleaning staff was unfriendly and didn't even clean our room on the last day.We called the reception and asked if they could clean it, they said they would send someone.In the evening they still haven't cleaned it.

Very nice hotel and the rooms were clean, nicely furnished, everything we stayed in was in the pirate room with a view of the park, it was super nice and everyone was friendly and would love to come back again. The breakfast was rich and varied and everything was a nice short break

Great stay!Magnificent room, clean and well finished.Lovely staff, a great playground for children and the delicious and varied breakfast buffet!We would come back (almost) only for the hotel.But the park was also super cool!In short, we'll come back, that's for sure!

First of all, it can be said that the hotel staff is very friendly. The evening buffet had a large selection, so there was enough for young and old.The room, however, the idea is very nicely designed, but...It looks pretty rocked down. We had a Super Premium Peppa Pig room. Paint has chipped off in every possible corner and it looks as if a bunch of children play in the room every day. When we opened the drawer we had the knob in our hand, the sink and shower are full of limescale stains, the windows are greasy, the bedside tables are greasy. And last but not least, we had pets. There were silverfish running in the bathroom, and there were insects sitting on the window (from the inside), which we had to catch first. It's pretty warm in the room.For the price of €680 for one night with 2 adults and a child, an indictment.It's a shame, because the idea and design of the hotel is really cute. However, what counts here is, from the outside, yuck, from the inside, yuck

A really different kind of hotel - a real adventure hotel!Children and anyone else who wants to be children are allowed here. Everything is on theme and there is a beautiful, fairytale atmosphere.Our room was immaculate! Well furnished and clean. I have never experienced any other hotel so perfect!A great buffet with an exceptional selection and variety is offered for both dinner and breakfast.The occasional fairytale character often appears to amuse the children.The price is absolutely right for what you get there. You only pay a little more than a regular hotel in the city, but you also get very good food, entertainment and park admission.Thank you for everything! We'd love to come back.

Actually everything is fine, but every now and then, like everywhere else, you probably have an employee who is in a bad mood, but that doesn't mean the whole hotel can be bad-mouthed, but people are put at the reception who can't argue rationally and I, as a guest who leaves money here, have the saying "Zack Peng Aus" I'm not discussing anything further has failed in its job. But as I said, this is the first time this has happened. Otherwise everyone is very helpful and friendly.

We stayed at the Heide Park Hotel for three nights and unfortunately were very disappointed. It started when we checked in: no more personal reception, just machines instead. This made the entire experience impersonal.The disappointment continued at dinner. It's not freshly cooked - the salads come out of buckets and the meat tastes indefinable. Despite a large selection, almost all dishes were obviously ready-made.The hotel bar didn't do any better either. Cash is not accepted and you will be asked to tip with every order. During the payment process you have to decide beforehand whether and how much you want to tip. That was very unpleasant.The room cleaning also left a lot to be desired. The toilet paper wasn't replenished, used towels weren't replaced, and it seemed like only the bed covers were fluffed up. In addition, the rooms smelled extremely from the drain, which made the stay even more unpleasant.Although the hotel is advertised as an adventure hotel for children, children are not allowed to run or be loud in the hotel area. This was stopped by the employees right at the entrance. My son wanted to borrow the game “Dude, don’t worry” from the hotel bar, but we had to leave our ID card to borrow it – for security reasons, as they said.Another big negative was the swimming pool. It is only available from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and only for 45 minutes per room. Longer times are not permitted. How can you advertise a fun pool and sauna area if you can spend a maximum of 45 minutes there a day? Our children were very disappointed when they had to leave the swimming pool after only 45 minutes. I really find that a disgrace.Overall, we are very disappointed and can definitely not recommend this hotel.

The employees were very nice and helpful and tried very hard to solve problems. Email contact in advance was also great!Room (large pirate room) very large and appropriately decorated thematically, location right next to the elevator wasn't that good, unfortunately you could always hear the door opening and closing during quiet times.The bed creaked and the curtain rod had already suffered from the heavy weight of the curtains. Room cleanliness was good, there were a few cobwebs. Great sustainable concept with goodies instead of cleaning during your stay. Care products are not very high quality in terms of ingredients...Breakfast buffet varied, completely sufficient. The service staff who seated you at the table were friendly and extremely attentive. However, the clearing service was sometimes much too hasty, you basically had to hold on to your plate so that it wasn't cleared away as soon as it was empty.Sultan's water park was great for the kids, but you shouldn't expect so much. But great for the size! Pretty design with double slide, small canal, baby pool. However, it was quite cool in the changing rooms and changing area.Staying in the hotel didn't bring us any real advantages when it came to the park. No early entry etc.

A dream for children comes true here. Every floor is different. The jungle room we booked was furnished with great attention to detail and was very clean. Breakfast and dinner left nothing to be desired for both children and adults. Very friendly helpful staff throughout the hotel. A wonderful little break from everyday life. Thank you very much for an unforgettable stay.
