We stayed for three nights in the Klingseisen guesthouse, about 250 meters from the Hotel Rösslwirt. You have to go to the hotel for breakfast and food.The room was big enough for the time and very clean. There is a small refrigerator that you can fill yourself. Two different pillows were also available. The beds were good.The bathroom was new with a large shower, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror and soap also available.The breakfast is rich and good. Lots of choice of delicious sausages as the hotel has its own butcher shop. Of course there are also various cheeses, jams, honey, yoghurt and boiled eggs...With half board you can choose the main course from a smaller hotel menu. (If you want something different you can get it for an additional payment) Soup and salad buffet is self-service. The food was very tasty, followed by dessert or a fruit schnapps.Everyone was very friendly and nice.We were very satisfied and the price-performance ratio was very good.The only thing we didn't really like was that there are fixed meal times for breakfast and dinner that you should stick to. But you can also sit and eat in peace, no one is asked to leave quickly. Our opinion:There are a lot of guests from the different buildings in the somewhat small but very cozy dining room. A little more distance might be sensible. When the weather is nice you can eat well in the beer garden.If it weren't for this point of criticism, we would have given it 5 stars.We had a few lovely days at the Hotel Rösslwirt and the Guesthouse Klingseisen.Thank you for that!

Everything was clean, nice rooms, only the mattresses were too soft. The room had a terrace, which is ideal for smokers.

After about 20 vacations in Lam, we (8 adultspeople) for the first time this year for a week over the carnival weeklived in the Klingseisen Guesthouse, Lambacher Straße. We wereEveryone was very happy and have already booked again for the fall.There were particular positive aspects- the clean and spacious rooms with new furniture- the clean bathrooms- the hospitable and nice atmosphere- as well as the wonderful view of the local mountains Osser and Arber.We can all highly recommend the Guesthouse Klingseisen.
