My friend has been trying to reach someone here in writing and by phone for several days.Contacting us via the website didn't work at all, three emails came back and there was no connection to the number on the landline. Now he spent the whole Saturday organizing a two-bed room for us, spoke to the boss on the phone and exchanged emails. He replied within 30 - 45 minutes, but after less than 24 hours the guesthouse was of the opinion that someone had been quicker and that only a single room with an extra bed was available to us. To be honest, I've never experienced anything like that.

I advise you to avoid this address. If it's not too cold, sleep outside.

There is no free WiFi, there is no WiFi at all! You are directed to the public network, but this doesn't go further than just behind the market square. You can consume beer, water and wine for little money, but be careful:“Eur 0.50 disposal fee for each third-party bottle left behind.”

Small rustic bed and breakfast. Super centrally located in the pedestrian zone. The landlady is very nice and gives a lot of information about Annaberg and the surrounding area. Breakfast sufficient with everything you need. Only the coffee pots could be replaced. Room and toilet room very small, considers a 100 year old house and not a new hotel building. Unfortunately, the guesthouse is getting a bit old, but with few resources you could achieve a lot (see coffee pot). Sheets without holes would also be helpful. Still recommended for a short stay.

Interesting building on the slope with a bridge, spiral staircase, creaky stairs, definitely a top location in the center, short distances to culture and food, loving, plentiful breakfast, nice, flexible and accommodating, so highly recommended, thank you very much

We were there for the second time now. 04.17 and 07.18. We can't say anything bad. Rooms are clean and breakfast is very rich. The host tells you competently about the Ore Mountains. It certainly won't be there for the last time. Price performance is top.

The price is the only positive thing you can say about this stay. The stairwell already resembled a construction site, the contact person was unkempt, the innkeeper appeared with a wool blanket wrapped around his abdomen. The room was still working, details like a dirty toothbrush cup were noticeable. but at the latest when it came to service everything stopped. Breakfast time had to be decided exactly one day in advance, otherwise you would be left without it. The morning meal was very simple, while the hosts at the next table enjoyed something more opulent. When people asked for an early departure, they threatened to call the police...
