Price/performance is completely okay. I was completely satisfied with the meal. The staff is very nice, almost family-like. The location is quite lonely, half board is recommended.

The hotel is in an idyllic location with a wonderful view. Very suitable for exploring the surrounding area by hiking or cycling.The innkeepers are super hospitable. I felt very comfortable. Even on days when the restaurant is closed, as a guest you get a delicious meal in the evening.So I will come again.

We went hiking with friends in the beautiful Erzgebirge and spent one night in this hotel. The welcome was warm and the rooms left nothing to be desired. A big compliment goes to the innkeeper and his team, who dedicate themselves to their guests in a friendly and courteous manner. What is certain for us is that we imagine this hotel as a starting point for further tours and will definitely come back to visit again. A nice cozy place to stay. We were cycling in the Erzgebirge and made our stopover here.Very nice staff and super delicious food. Our bikes were also locked up at night and the friendly innkeeper provided us with tools to make minor repairs to the bike. Highly recommended.😀

If you want to relax, slow down or enjoy the beautiful landscape, this is the right place for you.We were at the hotel for a family celebration.The food was wonderful and the service was great.It is important to Heike and Carsten Schmidt and the entire “Heilbrunnen” team to ensure that their guests have a wonderful time.Thank you everyone for your work and we would be happy to come back.

Anyone who likes peace and quiet will like the location. The hotel is located a little outside of town. The friendliness of (the entire) staff is really outstanding. We'll definitely be back! Promised!!!The most important points were the close nature and the fact that you can do something in all directions (even on foot).

Very nice accommodation. We did an MTB tour from Altenberg to Klingenthal. Our bikes were locked in the garage at night. The very nice host provided us with very good and tasty food and drinks.😀

We were guests at this hotel over the Easter weekend, from March 29th, 2024 to April 1st, 2024. We are thrilled with the very good service from the Schmidt family. The room was top notch. O.. We found it particularly lasting that the room wasn't cleaned every day or that you could express your wish as to when the room would be cleaned. The breakfast was very good. We also took advantage of the dinner service in the restaurant. We really enjoyed the food on the menu and our choice. We can only recommend the hotel. Many thanks to the Schmidt family and the entire hotel team.

We decided at short notice to go on a weekend skiing trip. Cross-country ski trail right in front of the door - everything is great.😄During our arrival we were asked by phone what meal we wanted for the evening because the restaurant was officially closed.The trails were prepared within one night. Great room, very quiet location 🌜✨ and very courteous staff. Dinner is available for house guests every day, even when the restaurant is closed.Rich breakfast.We will be back definitely.All thumbs up👍👍👍👍👍👍That's how hospitality works

Two days ago my husband and I invited our dear neighbors to dinner and went to the "Heilbrunnen" in Grumbach. The Gadtstätte was extremely clean and pleasant, comfortably furnished. Service was very nice and quick. I drank the finely bitter Riesling, hmmm very tasty. The food came quickly from all of us. The portions were decent and tasted great. Price completely okay, not to say pleasant. We already knew the town and can once again confirm our positive judgment. Our neighbors were also thrilled and want to invite the family to feast in the “Healing Fountain”!! So both thumbs up from the four of us!! Many thanks to the restaurant team for a lovely evening!!
